Great condo!

Very nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. Loved being able to walk to lots of places including the Old Mill and shops. Very nice and spacious patio with a pretty view of the river. Owner was very quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and hope to in the near future!

Conference and getaway

Property is exactly like the pictures and description. Owner was very responsive to any questions and wanted to make sure we were happy with accommodations. Nice and quiet. Perfect location, easily walkable distance to the Island and the Mill. Only cons, which were beyond owners control were the questionable individuals at the building to the right and the neighbor beside our room feeding the ducks and geese but some may enjoy that like he did. Definitely a beautiful place to stay and will keep this on the short list for this area.

Old Times

Love the condo!! Had what we needed. Walking distance of the Old Mill. Great location in getting in and out, even during the Jeep invasion. Lower floor, no waiting on elevators or climbing of stairs. I am the one that always gets to pick out the condo and the family used one word to name the condo "Perfect" Would stay here again!!!

River condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Property was very clean and owner communicated all the info we needed. We enjoyed the river behind us and seeing all the ducks and geese. It's in a great location with a lot of restaurants, arcades/activities and shops in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it also. Jennifer

The ease of booking on the site was great. The unit is accurately described on the website. It's an it's a nice cozy place with a balcony facing the river. The owner has stellar communication. I will definitely be renting either this exact condo or from this owner again. Hopefully in the very near future.

Home away from home

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. We were just as happy the second time as the first. It is in an excellent location. Mr. Ryan has furnished the condo to be comfortable and homey. We love that the river is behind the condo, you can feed the ducks and geese. Over all its awesome. We will continue to try and rent this unit. Oh, you can hear the Dollywood train too.

Best Location, nice accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo property. The condo was spacious and very nice . There is enough space to spend time together with family but also the two bedrooms with there own tv and bathroom for some privacy. You could not ask for a better location. Smack dab in the middle of all the action of Pigeon Forge with no uphill driving. And just a few minutes around the curve to Gatlinburg. And my family really enjoyed getting to feed the ducks in the stream that runs off the deck out back. Thank you for a good stay. Highly recommend.

Exactly as described. Loved the deck facing the river. Sight seeing & gift shopping all day. Convenience store within walking distance. No problems walking around the area. (Safe)

We highly recommend this property! Clean property, pots, pans utensils, dishes, linens and towels provided. Quite. The ducks entertained us in the mornings and late evenings. Buy an extra loaf of bread for feeding them. We will be back!!

Great Property

Great place to stay.

The building is located on the river and convenient to the Parkway. This unit is on the bottom level and looks exactly like the pictures. It has a large porch to enjoy the views and watch the ducks. Most importantly it was clean. I would stay there again.

Awesome Condo

The condo was exactly like VRBO shows. The condo was very clean which is important to me. I was very impressed with how it was so nicely decorated. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the ducks play in the river. Every once in a while you could hear them quacking. I might add that the owner was very kind and quick to reply with any questions we had. We look forward to staying in this condo again in the future.
