Weekend in Pigeon Forge

Spent the weekend after Thanksgiving in Pigeon Forge to see the sights and visit Dollywood. This property is perfectly located - close to everything. The host was very responsive to all my questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice home in an excellent location. The property had everything we needed. While it may not be the fanciest it was clean and comfortable. Bath towels could be a lot better.

Great Location!

Great location to everything that is Pigeon Forge! Nice, quite neighboorhood. Extremely clean and well stocked. Great coffee bar! Comfortable beds and bedding. Very reasonably priced. Hosts respond promptly to all emails. Highly recommend!!

Happy with house disappointed with management

We enjoyed staying so close to town. Th the house was comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and easy to drive to and from. We did report the kitchen light was burnt out when we checked in but the entire week we were there, no one showed up to fix the light that was very disappointing.

Pigeon Forge perfect hide away

Perfect location, easy to get to all locations. The house is so cute and extremely clean. Two bedrooms, but the closet is so big it could be a room of it’s own ( bring air mattress ). All the little extra treats that were there to greet us, very nice and well enjoyed! The host even checked on us a few times to make sure things were going good and we were happy! I’d definitely return!

Nice place off main strip

Very nice place! Great communication, place is simple but clean and in a quiet neighborhood off main strip so do not get all that noise!! I didn’t care for towels so bought my own (hubby used towels-I like them fluffier!) Make sure can do 14 stairs!

We liked the view from the front porch . The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with what we needed. It was close to shopping, grocery store & not as busy as Gatlinburg, so we liked that. It was close to the Smokey Mountain national park . Things that needed fixing: broken towel rack in the master bath, a broken chair back, there was a comforter in the closet that I took down for my niece who was sleeping on the sofa bed, and she found cat hair on it, and smell.

Good place for a family stay during vacation.

We have reserved this place for 5 days during our recent visit to pegion forge trip. House is good very clean and check in process is smooth. On fist day the second bedroom bed is not in working condition, and fist bedroom feeling Fan making loud noice, informed the property manager and maintenance worked on it and fixed the bed but ceiling fan noise was still there. Apart from this I would definitely stay at this location again.

Nice clean house, enjoyed our stay. Would have been better if cable tv was provided. We bought a fire stick during our stay, but couldn’t get it to work. Was never sent a key code by email, called and got code over the phone; thank goodness. Phone to customer service is terrible, cutting in and out every time we called them. Other than that… great stay. House was close to all the activities we wanted to do. Quite neighborhood.

Uncomfortable in the mountains

While the location and property management were ideal, the condition of the unit was subpar and uncomfortable. The plastic wrapped beds were noisy and hot, ceiling fans were frightfully wobbly and noisy, and the floors were sticky. Some details were incorrect (does NOT sleep 8). There was no space to set a suitcase except the floor. 2 of the 5 chairs were broken down. wrap
