Dirty and disgusting. Front desk staff was nice. But the rest not inviting. Ripped paint, mold in the shower. Door didn’t close all the way. Do not stay here.

Noisiest hotel I have Ever stayed with. Comforter was stained, chair was broken, flies and dead bugs were found in the room. Shower door fell off, shower had other peoples hair in it. Housekeeper knocking on our door at 9am with a do not disturb sign. Crap piled up everywhere outside of the building, construction materials everywhere, trashes overflowing. Breakfast was unappetizing, everything everywhere just felt grimey. I’m not that hard to please, we got a great “deal” so i guess You get what you pay for, won’t be staying here again while in beloved Pigeon Forge

The rooms were clean sink in room needed repair wouldn’t Open and close. Maids didn’t understand the room needed cleaning and sheets changed. Good location garbage trucks woke everyone up 4:30 overall I would give it a 3.5 I would stay again and they are renovating.

I was not happy with the room, smoke detector was hanging off the wall. Coffe pot was missing the filter holder, shower had broken soap dispenser so the product was on the floor. I had to look for housekeeping to get towels ask them to empty the trash. I asked them for room service they just laid towels on the desk. The elevator has no air and is in bad shape. Phone to call front desk didnt work. Sadly I expected better service to be a choice hotel.

The property is pretty decent and good value for your money. Very close to big selection of eateries and activities. Only issue I had was with housekeeping… I requested for service twice and no one came by! (Room was the same old when we came back lol) Not sure if they’re cutting corners to save time/money or what but that was weird seeing that I did call front desk…

Nice clean hotel. Staff is very friendly and saved us from a terrible hotel. The restaurant next door was awesome as well. I would stay here again.

The carpet was soaking wet, was asked if we could make do since they were overbooked and didn’t have anymore rooms. Eventually found us another room. The new room had used towels on the back of the bathroom door and a musty smell. Microwave didn’t work and the coffee machine was gross. Never again. If we hadn’t already brought our stuff up to the 4th floor and it wasn’t so late, I would have cancelled and found something else. I do not recommend this place especially since there are so many other hotels in the area.
