The cabin is spacious and nice decorated but there’s no spices,(like stated in the description), all necessary things are very little(toilet paper, trash bags, and towels), the trash cans outside were full and the slope to get to the cabin is very steep and dangerous. Everything else is good, nice, clean, and the town is beautiful!!

Cozy cabin

Our family really enjoyed staying in this cabin! The cabin looked exactly like the pictures shown. The interior of the cabin is amazing- it was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was extremely clean and we felt very comfortable. The gaming area with foosball table and arcade table was a huge hit. Hot tub was warm and inviting. The only area for improvement would be better description of the steep driveway and narrow road leading up to the cabin. Overall, this property was perfect and we are very satisfied with our stay!

Some basic areas need attention. The upstairs shower did not drain and left you standing in water. Unable to use dryer because the off/on knob was broken. One end of the recliner couch was broken, The deck and railing is in need of repair. Could use an overall Spring Cleaning.

The fire place did not work. I did get a response back from the area manager adter letting them know. However, i didnt get a response back until 10:30 pm. There was no top sheet on the bunk beds. Therefore, i didnt allow anyone to sleep on them because i wasnt sure if the sheets had been washed or not. Also, the water smell was absolutely horrible!!! I have been going to pigeon forge all of my life and have never had the water smell like sulfur and sweage! Also, the upstars shower was not draining. We only stayed for two nights, thank goodness. Honestly, i will not stay there again or reccomend staying there.

My family with 3 small kids down to 8 months old had real trouble sleeping. There is something in this house and I wouldn’t recommend it for a family with kids. You won’t get much rest. Up in the top room/ bathroom there is a hidden door which is kind of creepy and my new born kept staring in there like she saw something. My 12 year old heard voices and so did I. We actually left earlier than check out time. I know there is something there, please be ware if you ever decide to stay there and I would definitely warn you no more than 3 nights as on the third night is when everything started happening voices, loud noises. It was just bad, bad, bad. The cabin is beautiful itself but not worth my family being scared out of there minds. It’s not worth it. Not to mention my 10 year old was found sleep walking with her eyes wide open and talking to someone on both sides of her. I will never go back here. As a matter of fact I will never go to the mountains again period. My 8 month old would not even let me change her diaper without being held. My baby has never ever been like this anywhere we have went. The beach, friends house etc. once we finally got home she was so exhausted from not sleeping good she went to sleep at 7:30 and slept the entire night. So like I said if you want peace of mind DO NOT GO HERE.
