  • Cute and cozy nest is on the second floor of Legacy condominium complex! Enjoy one 1 bed one 1 bath condo with all amenities you need for your vacation, enjoy greatest location and safe neighborhood!
    You will be one block off the Main Street, Parkway, walking distance from the Island of pigeon Forge, Publix and Kroger, all the Main attractions, 5 star restaurants and shows will be 5 min away from you!!
    Dollywood and water park is 8 min drive, Gatlinburg is 15 min away!
    Kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, comfy king size bed in the bedroom and brand new sleeper sofa in the living room!

    One car per reservation!

    No smoking of any kind allowed:
    Inside the units, walkways, stairways, porches, or within 50ft of the buildings.
    designated smoking area has been setup with new signage.

Easy in and out and very quiet

This is a great location, easy to get into and out of, off the main drag and quiet. Made for a very peaceful stay and we were able to get to everything by walking most of the time, and easily driving to anything else further away. Will be looking for this place again for future visits.

Perfect Spot in the Middle of Everything

We loved this little hideaway just off the main road in the heart of pigeon forge. An easy walk to the Island, and many restaurants, and more, a quick easy drive to Dollywood and an easy drive to the Cades Cove entrance of the Smoke Mountain National Park. The place itself was, quiet, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.
