I had a group stay here for a Marine Corps reunion. Plenty of room. The location was perfect. Amenities were great. Everyone in the group thought the house was amazing and lived their stay. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

The check in process was quick and easy. The check out process was common sense and much easier than other VRBO's. The pool was clean but a bit small. Double kitchen appliances made the stay easier. Great location just 5 minutes from the main highway and grocery stores.We will reserve next year!

Big house with amenities

The house is nice. The kitchen is big but needs more cooking utensils. The gas grill ran out of gas. The 3 bunk rooms beds could also contain a queen bed just did extra sleeping places. The pool and game room was nice. Convenient to town.

60th Birthday Reunion

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was huge and the kids loved the arcade games, pool and bunk rooms! There was plenty to keep everyone entertained and happy. We did feel like the showers and some of the linens could have been cleaner but overall were very happy.

Supply Shortage

Beautiful place and we all had a great time! However.... for 23 people, there was a major shortage of toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and kitchen towels and zero dish cloths. There were no lights in our bathroom above the vanity. We ran to the store and bought items that were listed in the ad. But like I said, we all had a great time and loved the welcome basket!

Best Tennessee Trip!

This cabin is so much bigger and better than the pictures show. The themed rooms fit 18-19 year old boys in the bunk beds. The kitchen adequately seated and allowed us to cook and prep our meals for nearly 20 of us. The double fridges/stoves/dishwashers were a feature we didn’t know we needed until we had them. The neighbors were super friendly, the location is perfect, and the owners and property manager were so accommodating and helpful. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The cabin is isolated, but 5 minutes from town. We were never bored. The layout is spread out which was so fun to explore and pick rooms. Amazingly the way it’s designed, you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other and there are enough bathrooms that overcrowding was never an issue. The seating around the fire pit was perfect for us as a group. This was a senior class trip from a small school with a class of 17, and every single kid has amazing things to say about the cabin. The theater room was great for video games and movies. It was exactly what we needed for a place to make one big lasting memory to send these kids of into the world with. Absolutely recommend for families and groups with teens.

Perfect for a multiple family vacation

We had a great trip. This property was laid out perfectly for multiple families with lots of kids. Everything was clean and working as it should. It was one of the best stocked houses we’ve stayed in. The kids loved the pool and game room. It was just minutes away from the Pigeon Forge strip. We would highly recommend!

Annual Family Trip

The kids loved the pool, arcade room and theater. Older adults loved the Fire Pit and back porch area. Owner’s was very nice and friendly. Cons: Hot Tub was nasty. They did send someone fix it right away. The hot water heater had an alarm go off every morning about 6. Floors in basement had water coming up though the floors. Very weird. Over all very nice and comfortable place.

All The Relaxing

This place is absolutely incredible!! It has everything you could need to relax and recharge!! The indoor pool and arcade kept the kids busy and happy. We enjoyed all 3 fire pits. The fully furnished kitchen made it easy to prepare meals and snacks. The movie theater was absolutely perfect! We are definitely booking again!!! It's Got it All Y'all!!!!

It really does have it all!!!

This cabin was so much fun! We booked it with several other families. The arcade games were phenomenal. They were a huge hit with the kids….ok not just the kids! Hehe The indoor, heated pool was a lot of fun and OMG the theater room was amazing! The cabin was clean (which is not always true of cabins in the area) and everyone was so impressed with the themed rooms. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Large group cabin

Booked this cabin for my staff during a competition we were hosting in Pigeon Forge. The owners came by when my staff checked in and were SO awesome-- brought this huge gift basket with lots of goodies. Everything seemed to be starting out perfect. The location is SO great!!!! Easily accessible to lots of activities and the convention center. It is very spacious and served its purpose for our group because we really only were there to sleep. However, if your groups plans on spending lots of time there you might make sure these are addressed. Issues: -the room descriptions are incorrect. 3 bedrooms state 2 bunks and have a picture of 4 twin beds. However not 1 of the 3 rooms had more than 1 bunk (2 beds). Right there 6 sleeping spaces I counted on were not even there. Since it was a business trip there were lots of regulations on how I could room people together so the loss of the 6 beds really put me in a bind. -the game room shower doesn't have warm/hot water and barely any pressure. -back porch seating area was hardly useable because of all the leaves and debris. -hot tub had not been serviced in no telling how long. -theater seats were very dirty and stained. -driveway is in desperate need of some TLC. Some vehicles had difficult time due to large pot holes or break in concrete Overall we loved the location, the fire pit/swings, kitchen was well stocked. Double fridge and freezer were very helpful.
