Luxury condo in the heart of Pigeon Forge, tucked away in a peaceful hillside setting. The unit features a main-floor entrance with no stairs, yet sits high enough to enjoy beautiful mountain views from the private end balcony.
The condo offers two king-size beds, a queen sleeper sofa, a high-quality Twin XL air bed, and a portable twin folding bed, comfortably accommodating up to 6–8 guests.
Enjoy modern upgrades including new LVP flooring, two full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, multiple TVs, and a whirlpool tub in the master bathroom.
Ideally located just 5 miles from Dollywood and 10 miles from Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this condo offers the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and convenience.

Beautiful condo located in a perfect location close to all attractions, Dollywood and parks/trails for hiking. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious with an excellent view of the most gorgeous sunset from the wraparound balcony.Would definitely recommend it for a short trip like ours or a longer stay.

Perfect location...so convenient. Although condo is on first floor, you would think you are on a much higher floor when on the balcony. View is great! Oh and condo is very nice.

Condo was in a nice location and close to everything. It could have been cleaner. It was dusty and there was mold on the shower curtain and the edge of the sinks. The fireplace didn’t work and none of the remotes had batteries in them.

The location was good. The unit was not in the best condition. The shower was not clean (obvious mildew) and we found a dirty sock in the sofa (I’m sure from a previous visitor). I have no idea what other units in this condo association look like, but it’s pretty clear this one hasn’t been updated in a while. With prices almost the same, I’d expect the hosts/owners to be willing to meet minimal requirements for cleanliness, updates, etc. The appliances were newer. Likely not used much, but we didn’t cook at all as we were on vacation!
