It had a lot to do while inside when it was raining. Plenty of room for 3 couples with 3 bed and 3.5 baths.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The cabin smelled musty, but was not unclean. My husband and I are now both sick. I don’t recommend staying here if you or your children have allergies. Our suitcase also smelled musty by the time we got home. I was also disappointed in amenities. Fireplaces upstairs did not work properly. I would not consider this to be a “luxury” property. We have rented nicer cabins for less money. The host was kind, but I did not ask for assistance with the fireplaces due to our short stay.

The air hockey and record player didn’t work but there were other activities to keep everyone occupied. The tv remote for the upper floor by the pool table didn’t work, probably needs new batteries. We were missing the tv remote for the master bedroom. We only had one trash bag and no Kleenex in any of the bathrooms, so we went to the store to buy them. We only had 8 bath towels and only one hand towel per bathroom. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub but we needed more towels. We did use the washing machine to wash them, but we didn’t have much laundry detergent.

Nice rooms, good games and absolutely great water pressure. The place needs a better deep clean. The fan blades were very dusty. There were cob webs in the windows and stairways. The bed sheets and towels need to be replaced they were clean but very dingy from repeated washing.

The cabin was “as pictured” and had plenty of amenities. We enjoyed both game rooms and the juke box, even though all showed a little wear! With 6 tv’s we always had a game on no matter which room we were hanging out, but instructions for accessing local channels would have been appreciated. Bathrooms were clean and included plenty of towels, but we needed an extra kitchen towel. There was some high dust (light fixtures and fans) and the floor had some dead bugs (better dead than alive!), but otherwise we felt the cabin was clean. We would definitely book it again!

The bathroom in the basement at the back of the house had clumps of hair from the previous occupants in the drain and the drain backed up. You would stand in an inch of water while taking a shower and the light bulb was burnt out. Needed more trash bags to empty the garbage mid stay. There was a bat in the house, but the man that came from the rental agency was so kind and removed it promptly. Unfortunately in the morning we found bat poop all over the desk near the master bedroom. And the air hockey table wouldn’t blow enough air to play. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

A great vacation!

The house is great! This is our third year in a row staying with Avada Properties and we will definitely return again next year. It is a clean, spacious property with a lot of things to do for everyone in the family without even having to leave the house. It is in a great location, convenient to everything while still being far enough from Parkway that it remains peaceful.

Dont Be Fooled by This One

1. Pool Table unlevel and pool sticks had no tips except one.2. No sand for the shuffle board3. Air hockey pucks barely glide4. T.v by the pool table had no working remote 5.Small record player was broken 6. Lots of wear and tear in the house.7. Cooking pans were dirty very scratched and broken handles.8. I was informed to not forget to sign the guest book, but one didnt exist.

Family stay

We enjoyed our stay in Pigeon Forge and the home served as a great base for our family of five. It was nice having the two rooms in the basement, each with their own bathroom, so there was a bit of separation between kids and adults if either group was ready for bed before the other. The location was nice since it was only about a half mile from the strip, so heading out for a bite to eat or doing something outside of town meant you weren’t spending too much time driving up or down a hillside like many other houses. Like many of the other houses in the area, it is located on a hill so parking and packing or unpacking is a bit of a chore. Not really a huge issue for our family, but for older adults or young children, it could be difficult. Communication prior to checking in was good, but I contacted the host about a few issues during our stay and did not get any response. The messages I received before and after our stay seemed to be automated since they matched wording of other messages on the listing regarding check in and check out procedures. This was disappointing. For any future guests, be sure to check that the hot tub is not in “sleep mode”. Our boys were thrilled to be going into it one evening only to find out is was only 87 degrees. Not an ideal temp and they were disappointed to say the least.

Wouldnt say luxury but nice cabin

Nice cabin. Owners worked quickly to fix internet issues. Very roomy cabin. Lots of stairs so if you have leg or hip problems be aware. Wasnt an issue for us but could be for some. Wonderful location. Quick acess to Town. Grocery stores etc.

Very convenient to Pigeon Forge. No mountain views but nice.

Very nice cabin. Plenty of room. We each had our own bathroom and I loved that. The back porch is nice just no mountain views. You a very close to town.
