Rooms were not very clean. Walls were very dirty. Mold everywhere. Cockroach’s of all size everywhere. We even left early. When we arrived the hotel gave us a receipt of a lesser charge so when I called Expedia and asked why I got charged $50 more then what the hotel actually charged, they were not helpful in finding an answer.

I went in the middle of October. The room was gross and had fingers nails on the bathroom floor when I arrived. It also had a weird smell. And the bedding had weird stains on them as well. And to top it all off THERE WAS COCKROACHS!! Safe to say I did not stay there. I did leave and have to find another hotel on the first night cause there was now way I could stay there. But luckily I booked on Expedia and they were a huge help cause the staff working there was not and did not give refunds

The only thing good at this place is the man that checks you in. He is very accommodating. Other than that there were cockroaches in the two rooms that we got and we had to leave early even after complaining. People living there begging for money and it had a weird smell. Recomend paying just a little more at a better place also had residents asking for money

In my opinion that I used this hotel only to rest me and my daughters of 18 and 15 years(10PM to 6AM) It is okay. The bed was comfortable. The Water have good pressure and is hot. The air condition is comfortable. The bed was clean, But the room need some cosmetic repair on the roof, and zocalos, and the sink need to change. The need to use snuggle to the towers. This hotel is near everything (museum, atracctions, food, gas) and in the principal road.

A good place to stay if youre just looking for somewhere reasonable and clean to sleep during your time in the mountains. TV went out and in, some channels didnt get a signal but beds were comfy and hotel is a phenomenal less than 15 minute distance from all the major attractions in the area.
