Had 2 rooms to fit 8 of us. Both rooms were clean, smelt great, clean linens, clean bathrooms, and the floors were clean. Hotel was in a great location and the pool was clean. Will stay again! 10 out of 10!

We went for a cheap getaway. The hotel was pretty old, stained hall carpets, mound round the bathroom faucet, stains down the lower bathroom walls etc. The front desk staff need training they are so rude. We walked in at 1 to see if we might be able to check in early and were met with a lady saying gruffly “nothings available”. I find this hard to believe that not a single room is free but even so, her tone and literally that’s her welcome! Terrible. We came back after checking in time, new front desk lady, not very smartly dressed and also with an attitude. Just like she didn’t want to be there. Not a great start. The room was clean, balcony overlooks neighboring property which is a building site. Bathroom clean but run down. Pool, tiny and in the main corridor and also by a front door so it is not the warmest and if you’re swimming every passerby is staring at you. Pool links onto second floor with balcony so if you’re ok that floor it may be noisy. Breakfast was honestly so bad we went out the second day. It runs till 9 and they are very aggressive at closing it exactly on time. No yogurt, no peanut butter or cream cheese, no waffles or pancakes, no bacon or boiled eggs. It’s hard horrid little sausage patties and some scrambled egg (very bland), a bit of bread, some tiny muffins and that’s it. It’s poor. Even for a lower class establishment. We were barely in the hotel as we were out so much so it didn’t matter. Will I be back? No.

The room was good, they motel wants to charge for a balcony - the balcony is facing the parking lot. My family booked four rooms for this trip. The last night before leaving the children were playing in the pool. We was told to be quite because there were guest. The manager was notified and nothing was done. I had planned to use this motel yearly. But the incident changed my mind.

Charged me more after I arrived even though I paid and booked through Expedia. I wouldn’t stay again. Place is old and the balcony rooms you pay extra for overlook construction going on outside of the room. If u want a cheap old room for a short stay this place is fine but be prepared for them to charge u more. I’m sure they will add a replay of a garbage story but what they did is wrong and they also wouldn’t give me a receipt at the end of my stay even though they force you to give them your credit card for incidentals and I wanted to make sure there was a zero balance at the end because of their already shady practices at booking. There are so many places to stay in pigeon forge keep looking. Don’t stay here unless you are desperate

The staff was extremely nice very friendly. We loved the fact that they had coffee 24 hours a day so that made us stay much nicer. My only complaint was that the day I made the reservation I sent a email asking for a room facing the river because it was our 20th anniversary. I didn’t get an email back so I called and spoke to someone there and they told me that would be no problem, but when I got there, they said that because we checked in late, it wasn’t available anymore. Also, the picture of the bathroom on the screen showed this very long countertop and that wasn’t what was in our room in our room was just a round sink with a little space around the sides and it really was not enough room to put any toiletries on. The room was a wonderful size and we really did enjoy the balcony even though it didn’t face the river. It was quiet and very comfortable all and I’d say it was a very nice day and we enjoyed it.

Clean room, small but nice heated pool. Staff were very welcoming but gruff at check out. Room was comfortable and recently renovated although the ceiling plaster was flaking. Good shower pressure which is always a good thing! Would recommend .

While the room was cheap, the hotel felt really run down. We stayed there 7 years ago and it didn’t feel this way. While I won't say don't go, since to room was fine and bed wasn't uncomfortable, just be aware if the cost is higher than 100 dollars. Some staff were nice but most didn’t talk to anyone.

Overall decent place to stay, river was pretty and it was very close to all tourist attractions. Staff was nice, breakfast was okay but there is an AMAZING diner next door if you get tired of hotel breakfasts. Pool was smaller than expected but very warm which was nice. My biggest complaints are that there was mold all around the tub/shower which was pretty gross to see, and a little extra cleaning could’ve easily remedied that. And the elevator went out of commission (I hear this is a common occurrence here) so we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs (usually I wouldn’t care much but I’m asthmatic and we had to carry our baby up all those stairs. Can’t imagine if someone had to do that with their luggage). The rooms are pretty nice and updated but the place itself could use a little work. Still giving 5 stars though because overall we did have a great stay. :)
