From the time we booked till we left, Walt was great about communicating. The condo was so cozy and quaint.. my kiddos loved the mutiple balconies. One overlooked dollywood amusement park and you xould see the people riding lightning rod. We loved that its not far from all the fun things to do in the area, but still quiet enough to relax. We will definitely be renting again from Walt.

Location, location, location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very comfortable. We loved all of the private balconies off each room and the kitchen was a great size. Over all the over all experience was great. Location was superb! Fifteen minutes to Gatlinburg, 5 minutes to The Island, minutes from Dollywood and the main strip with all the attractions.

Perfect location, all you need.

Loved it here. Dollywood was on the other side of the fence. Enjoyed the laughter of the kids there! Bed was very comfortable! The location was convenient. It was a positive experience all the way around.

Spring Break/Rod Run 2025

We found it hard to find a place to stay in Pigeon Forge for spring break since it fell on the same week as Rod Run then I came across Scarlett's Lair. I was excited it was in Pigeon Forge and had everything we were looking for. We really enjoyed our stay and loved it was close to everything but still not in the busy part of town. Was clean and homey and had all the necessities needed for a fun filled weekend. Liked that we could hear Dollywood from our balcony and how close it was to get to Dollywood since we visited there during our stay. Would highly recommend the condo and would stay here again.

The manager was great phenomenal. The unit was in a great location 5-10 minutes from everything that I wanted to go see and visit. However, the unit was not very clean.

Family vacation

The property was nice and clean very spacious. The only thing was it mention a hot tub and I didn't see one maybe ours didn't have one. It also mentioned that the view was great however the trees blocked that. The cable went out but no one can control that but all in all we really loved staying there.

Location was great. The pool was drained and not in the unit and there was no hot tub. Only one set of towels so had to wash while we were there. Not a great view but had a great time with family. No remotes to the bedroom tvs available.

Rod run stay

Great location. Could use a little better cleaning but not bad at all!! Everything worked no issues with anything or anyone. Parking was a little tight for my truck but nothing that couldn’t be handled

Fantastic stay in Pigeon Forge

My family and I just stayed at this wonderful condo in Pigeon Forge, and it exceeded our expectations. The location couldn't have been better—right in the heart of everything you want to see and do. Whether it was exploring the nearby attractions or grabbing a bite to eat, everything was just a short drive away. Dollywood is right around the corner and at night we could see the fireworks right from the balcony. The condo itself was very nice and perfect size for our family. One of the biggest highlights for us was that it's pet friendly. It was great to bring along our furry friends on vacation. Additionally, the relaxing porches were a nice touch. We enjoyed many peaceful moments out there, taking in the fresh air and unwinding after a day of adventure. Overall, this condo made our trip to Pigeon Forge truly enjoyable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and pet-friendly place to stay!

Location is everything!

The directions to the condo were perfect. We arrived ahead of time and was allowed to occupy the premises. The condo was what we were expecting, affording both couples privacy. The kitchen was more than adequate, providing everything needed to prepare food. The bedrooms are beautiful with both containing a porch for sitting outside. The shower/tub in the bathroom at the top of the stairs needed attention as the shower head was damaged and the tub appeared dirty. I contacted the owner with the issues. When we returned later in the day, the concerns had been addressed. Perfect location for accessing nearby attractions. Satisfied with our stay.

Quiet location not far from parkway

Main floor has been updated. Furniture was really nice in the living room. Beds were comfortable. Quiet area back away from all the traffic and action but on the parkway within a minute. Walt was very responsive to my concerns. The shower curtain in the hall bath needed changed. He had his employee come and put up a new one the next morning. We addressed some issues together and I was very happy with them as a host. I’m really picky on cleanliness and wasn’t satisfied with that part but other than that, we enjoyed our visit! Thanks Walt for getting back with us promptly every time we reached out to you! It was appreciated so much to have you available with any concerns! Such a relief when booking through Vrbo.

Great location

Definitely needs pest control, mouse feces in kitchen cabinets. I expect it to be able to swim while there, but the pool and spa were closed the entire time “maintenance“. I emailed property owner because I never received a email with the entry code. He responded quickly, but I did point out that I searched for a cabin with a private indoor pool in his condo showed up in that category. Was not aware that it was a second floor condo when we booked but it was to late to cancel once I realized. Advised him that the filtered search comes up inaccurately with the condo on Vrbo. Overall, it was a great location and we had a good time.

Scarlett`s Lair

The inside of the unit was a bit dated, common to the area, however was clean and as pictured, no issues with that at all. Upon arrival we had not been sent the door code to get in and had to contact the owner a couple times to be able to get into unit. The cable tv was not able to be used as it kept saying that the device needed to be reset. The outside of the unit was not maintained at all, weeds overgrown in what should have been flower beds, no actual plants there just way overgrown weeds, cigarette butts all over stairs and entrance to units on first floor, cobwebs all over the stairs, the whole building looked abandoned. There was construction on the unit one away from us that had sawing and banging from 8 am to past 8 pm and they took all but a few of the parking spaces for the whole building. The pool and hot tub were drained and not operational, we had not bee advised prior to arriving there would be no pool. The entire complex looked abandoned. The clubhouse next to our building had an abandoned car with flat tires in front. We left during the second day because it just didnt seem safe and was not as expected. The owner was friendly and seemed to be accommodating and did refund half of the cost back due to the issues.
