Stately Laurel Crest, 1 Bedroom Standard Villa

This is a full-service resort. Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in.

In the foothills of the Smoky Mountains lies Laurel Crest, a wild life escapade surrounded by mountain views and beautiful landscapes. A relaxing sanctuary, this is a great place to bond with family and friends while reconnecting with nature.

Approximately 484 square feet, this spacious One- Bedroom Standard Villa features 1 Queen Bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa including a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Maximum of 4 occupants.

Additional amenities include: Blender, Cable TV , Coffee Maker, DVD Player, Hairdryer, Ice Maker, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, and Refrigerator.

Please Note Laurel Crest Resort Has A Shared Laundry Space, this is available for all guests.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Laurel Crest is McGhee-Tyson Airport (TYS) which is 36 miles by car respectively. Reminder for late check-in procedures: Security will have the room keys. Check-in the following day at the front desk.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are open 7 a.m. – 11 p.m. to respond to your requests. For here at Laurel Crest, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

Cigarette smoking is not allowed within the premises whether it is inside the establishment or on the property grounds. Anyone caught smoking within the boundaries of the fence will be fined $300. The same rule applies for electronic cigarettes.

Overall good stay

Communication with host was great. Place was small but good for a week stay for 4. The carpet in the living area should be replaced or deep cleaned..looks very old. Sofa had stains and bathroom sink did not drain well at all, looked to bee clogged. Not much closet storage space in the hallway.Overall it was a good stay for the price.

Great location. Owner was very responsive to questions and answered promptly. The apartment was smaller than expected but had everything we needed. It’s very quiet so great for a good nights sleep. The check in lady did not seem like a happy person and we were taken off guard and confused by the sales pitch for a timeshare.We thought we were getting a parking pass and the next thing we know they’re trying to rope us into a meeting and “free” money. That has nothing to do with the VRBO owner but we did not appreciate that. And won’t fall for that again. Would we stay again, yes. Will we tolerate the timeshare pitch, no.

Overall, we’re so happy we stayed at Laurel Crest for our vacation! The room was perfect for what we needed, and everything was really clean. Our two kids slept on the pull out sofa and there were extra sheets for them. We didn’t plan to cook a lot but had everything we would need to do so in the kitchen. Our kids loooved the facilities; which included 3 pools (one is indoor), playground, and games. You are only 2 minutes from the Main Street and downtown, which was really easy to access but also far enough away from all the attractions and traffic so it was quiet. All the staff were courteous and kind and there were man events planned during the week. We would definitely stay here again! The only negative I could report was that there was some construction, however it was not distracting even though our room was right next to it. The parking spaces filled up quickly at night, but you still would find a spot close enough. And lastly, we stayed at an owners suite so we did receive many calls and voicemails wanting to talk about the property and basically trying to sell you on a time share. We did not attend the meeting and missed all of the calls since we were out and about every day.

I chose this property for the pictures showed a 6 person table and a large kitchen. We were planning on crafting and needed the larger space but only 2 sleeping. This is a BlueGreen property and the owners did not specify that we might not get the pictured property. Windham owners are pretty specific about letting you know that they have no control over which unit you will receive. I wouldn't have stayed here if I'd known this. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Check-in was a breeze and the people were wonderful.

Great location-fun things to do.

We had an awesome week in Pigeon Forge as a family. The place was as described and easy to locate. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The two pools outside and one inside were great too. Our ONLY complaint was the cleanliness of it. The room, kitchen area and bedroom seemed clean but the bathroom had hair on the floor still and dirty towels hanging up. I notified housekeeping and they brought new towels.

This place is only 2 miles off the main road through Pigeon Forge. It is the ideal location to get back and forth from sightseeing and adventures.

Very disappointed in our stay. No swingset as pictured, check in was terrible and frustrating, and the way the description reads is that there is a washer and dryer in each room, however it needs to specify that washer and dryer is shared per building.

Overall we enjoyed our time on the property. It’s in a great location relative to the Island and Dollywood. Check- in and out we’re both very easy. Friendly staff. The room is advertised w/a fireplace as an amenity but we didn’t have one and our towels didn’t seem as clean as I’d have liked. Also, the bed was very small. It was listed as a Queen, but felt more like a firm Full. My husband and I definitely felt cramped. For the price it was a decent stay.

The location was great. We felt like we were secluded but were actually just a couple minutes from restaurants, shopping, and all the entertainment Pigeon Forge has to offer. The room was clean, comfortable, and just enough space for the two of us. The kitchen was veryconvenient for preparing breakfast and snacks and had everything we needed.

Great place to stay!!... Loved the condo it was nice. The only things were that we didn't get alot of info when we arrived . Just the room number and how to get there...came to find out that 2 of the 3 pools we're closed so it was hard to swim when all 7 buildings were at the same pool...Other than that it was a great experience
