Great Place - Close to Islands

Perfect for us

The condo was perfect for all of the activities that we planned. It was in close proximity to everything that we had planned. Beds were comfortable, and we had enough room to spread out. The ducks and geese were also fun to listen to and watch.

Quiet

No elevator noise, street noise, or noise from the neighbors. Well stocked. Comfortable couch. Lots of blankets and pillows.

Great location

Great condo location one block off the parkway. View from balcony faces east which was great to avoid late sun. Comfortable furniture. Nice kitchen. Quiet end unit. But definitely weak wifi.

Charming 2/2 condo on River

We loved the remote location of the condo. Even has a scenic creek that runs behind condo with balcony. Enjoyed watching the geese and ducks every morning while drinking our coffee. The beds are comfy, couch is relaxing while relaxing after a long day. The kitchen was small, we didn’t cook at all. But it would work for a family or couple. Shower pressure was great in both bathrooms. It’s an older condo but they have done some upgrades to make it very cozy. Nice location too. Close to all the favorite attractions Dollywood is less than 3 miles away. Lots of shopping and restaurants too

Bathroom light

We reported the bathroom light was out in the back bathroom. We got a response but no one ever called to come by to fix it. And I requested we be there before anyone entered the room. In the front bedroom under the bed was a bowl and a lot of dust bunnies. But outside of that we enjoyed the room, location and our stay. Would definitely recommend to use again.

2nd time

We have stayed in this condo building before years ago and in a different suite. Suite smelled nice and was clean when we arrived. But, there were no blankets in the bed, no problem once we contacted agency. Blankets were there when we returned! The coffee pot had not been washed when I went to make coffee so I had to clean it and the master tub nozzle was broken. Thank goodness there was a 2nd bathroom. Overall our stay was nice especially for the price we paid. But the whole complex really needs some updates because it's a great river location.

Great location, beautiful view. Easy to access

Everything I expected!

All was essentially as advertised. I very much appreciated the starter sets of garbage bags, detergent, bath soap, etc. And there was a pizza cutter! This is an often overlooked item in a condo kitchen - as I've learned through experience. Three critiques: 1. We found the beds very firm and uncomfortable. 2. Secondary tub/shower drain was slow 3. Secondary toilet reservoir flush valve needs to be properly fixed.

stay at River view

Loved it all but Vacasa customer service I could never get ahold of. As soon as we got there I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft. The number that said to call told me it was just for reservations. Aman that was staying there was kind enough to go buy some tools and finally got them out. There customer service I rate as a -10, yes a minus ten. Everything else was good.
