The Pros- The location was AMAZING! Close to the Parkway and attractions, but also away from the crowds. The condo was spacious and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Bonus- We had a beautiful mountain view from our balcony. I was given a number for security at check in. I was traveling alone with my 2 teen daughters , and I always felt safe. The cons- super thin walls! We heard kids running and screaming above us THE ENTIRE TRIP! The pool was right outside our room, and same thing- kids SCREAMING anytime we were in the room. I once had small kids too, so I understand. But if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing trip, this might not be the place for you.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable time here. Our room was clean and the amenities (full-sized fridge, washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub, etc.) were beyond our expectations. The view from our balcony was exceptional. I also like its location close to all the Pigeon Forge attractions.

Customer service/staff was very friendly and quick to provide any of our needs. Our two bedroom suite with a Mountain View was perfect for our young family (& grandma, too). Laundry in unit, parking, kitchen amenities were great. The property grounds including the pool were also well maintained. Game room is dated & playground was nonexistent but did not affect our stay. We booked on a whim & are happy with the outcome.
