It was good but when we had went in our room there was a dirty towel and a few hairs laying around we did not like that as well as the soaps not being replaced I told the front desk the day we went that we had breakfast and had to come back the next day again just to get that squared away over all was a good stay though

Conveniently located in Pigeon Forge close to The Island, and short drive to Old Mill. The room was clean, the king size bed was dated needed replaced. Staff was friendly, but needs trained up a little. We would stay here again.

We went on a family vacation and stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. The property was close to all the attractions and restaurants. Our room was clean. The parking lot could have been larger, but overall it was a nice place to stay.

Room was amazing at first glance which overall the room and property was good. The housekeeping however apparently was lacking. Went to go to bed around midnight and pull back the sheets to find dirty unwashed blood stained sheets. The hostess staff were great in ensuring we had clean linens. Just wasn't what we wanted to deal with when we were ready for bed :(

Well, this won’t be as long as I’d like it to be… My first review got taken down because I “used profanity” LOL Basically, this is not a hotel. It’s a crappy motel that they tried to renovate. The people who were working the front desk were rude, even my young daughter noticed and mentioned it. They couldn’t find our reservation for 40 minutes and we just had to sit and wait. The beds were dirty and I didn’t feel safe in the location they had us in. We checked out due to the place being far from advertised online, but they are refusing to refund us. Pretty bad experience after having driven 10 hours and it being our first day of vacation

Love the idea of dressing up an old motel and giving it a unique vibe. Such a cool aesthetic here! What i didn't enjoy was the staff's general lack of knowledge. The pool and hot tub were FILLED with bugs. It's clear that no one skims. Also the Pool bar was advertised as opening at 12 and didn't open until 4. The room was great so that helped!

The Wayback Hotel was a disappointment. My husband and I thought we were going to walk into a nice, new, luxury hotel. Wrong! There was a half inch size gap between the door, insects could get in. The wall paint was terrible. The sheets had dirty stains on them. The bathroom floor had cracks.

The vibe was great. Loved the decor, it had an Island feel. The only issues we had was the floors in the room need professionally cleaned. The grout was very dirty in spots. The floor had a sticky feeling. You could see a man’s boot imprint on the floor. There were water spots on the ceiling in the bathroom. The room felt very humid and wet. I would definitely go back if these issues were resolved. Great location directly across from the island entrance. I felt like we were in the middle of everything. Close to the outlets and close to Dollywood.

Obviously, this is an old motel that has been remodeled into a cute boutique hotel. It really is cute and in close proximity to the island and other activities. The bathroom was amazing and the bedroom was ok. It was so incredibly loud, not from activities happening outside or people walking up and down the street, but because the air conditioning units are so old and so loud. I also stayed in room 335 and it is the only room that is sort of in an indoor area of the motel. This means there was no natural light, the ice machine was directly outside my door, and it was so loud, and all of the other air conditioning units echoed in that space. I had the TV on volume 50 and couldn’t hear the words. It was quite an unpleasant experience, considering you paid to spend the night and sleep somewhere and you can’t sleep.

The style of the hotel was modern and really nice. The only issue I had was the floors in the room were really dirty. My socks were solid black after walking in there. I also wished the room had a microwave. Everything else was great!

This is our second stay at The Wayback. We do like the location of the hotel. Both stays at the hotel the pool bar wasn’t opened. The rooms are nice and cozy. Overall clean but the baseboards and doors needs a good cleaning. The outside of the hotel does need updating with some color to match the inside decor. The restaurant food was okay.It beats going out once in the room. We plan on staying here again if the prices stay the same. Hopefully the pool bar will be opened on our next stay.

Leuk hotel , leuk optreden bij het zwembad, met daarbij drankje van het huis. Kamers prima in orde. Vriendelijk personeel, goede parkeerplaats. Ligt midde in een "entertainment" gebied. Leuke avond gehad.
