This was the second year in a row we stayed at twin mountain and again it was a fantastic time. The rooms, staff, cleanliness was superb. You are treated like family there imo. We stayed for 4 nights before heading to Myrtle beach and after the first 4 hours here we really miss the twin mountain touch and oersonality

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The room was nice and clean and the property was well maintained. The staff greeted you with a smile and was very helpful. The breakfast was good as well, and it was nice having a balcony to sit and relax. The next time I go to Pigeon Forge, I will look to stay at this hotel again.

The large balcony overlooks the river with ducks swimming around in it. What a wonderful way to start the morning enjoying the beautiful peaceful view, sipping on some coffee!!! Every room has a balcony, if you enjoy nature, this clean hotel is the way to go !

Very nice, quiet property. Would love to stay here again. The room had two sinks, one in the bathroom and one just outside of it. It was wonderful. The balcony by the river was fantastic.
