「The check-in process and check-out process was fantastic and the staff was extremely informative about the property. Breakfast was phenomenal each morning and was well maintained by the workers on shift. Finally, the amenities were great with the balcony and communal pool/fire pit area being excellent as well. Tough to find a better property compared to Twin Mountain Inn and Suites, so let the staff and property accommodate your Pigeon Forge expedition!」

「We enjoyed our stay in May the room was clean ,friendly staff,nice breakfast and the set up in there was spread out with plenty of seating.My granddaughter enjoyed the inside pool while my grandson enjoyed the outside 9 foot pool.」

「The cabin itself was beautiful. Communication from the host was great. The washing machine didnt seem to wash wasn't thrilled to bring home dirty laundry. Perhaps they dont know. Said there would be complimentary shampoo and was which was fine I brought mine but maybe someone else would plan to use if its listed to be there. These issues would not keep me from coming back to this property. Perfect location.」
