“Overall a nice place to stay. 1st night toilet in original room did not work. Employees transferred us to another room quickly. Thank you for that. The 2nd room the water pressure in shower was very low, refrigerator did not work, and the TV kept disconnecting from shows. All the negative was no biggie. Just wanted to give review for improvement. Again overall very nice staff and convenience of stores and restaurants around made up for other stuff needing improvement.”

“Staff was very helpful! Price was cheap however the room smelled like someone had been chain smoking in it even though the complex says no smoking in units! Also people were being very noisy in the middle of the night. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone unless you just don’t have the money”

“I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but this time it felt so run down. My room smelled musky, almost of stale cigarette smoke. The shade in my room was broken and would not go up. The room was dark with not enough light. The floor had crumbs from food that was eaten in the room prior to our stay. Unless something changes, this may be our last stay.”

“The staff is super friendly! The rooms were large and beds comfortable. We were unaware that the restaurant and bar and pool and hot tub would be closed due to the high school prom; however, we received a reduced rate. And the kids attending the prom were very respectful! ”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The establishment however, was very worn and in need of upgrades. The breakfast consisted of donuts and frozen Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits. Nothing fresh. No fruit. I didn’t expect much considering the area we were in but we enjoyed the countryside and visiting the birth place of Loretta Lynn. ”

“Oh my sweet mother of snap was this a disaster. They don't mention on the website they are undergoing massive renovations on EVERY floor, (which by the way are sorely needed). You have to work your way around construction materials and crew to get to your room. When we went in to my mothers room it smelled like R Kelly had a party there. We had to go buy disinfectant spray to help counter the smell. I was lucky when I went to check in that there was someone at the desk because for the……
