「Everything was great as always 」

「An adorable property with everything we needed in the kitchen. Including tea and coffee. Everything for the bbq and fire pit were also on site which was nice. A stack of games and Netflix available. Comfy beds. Plenty of space for 8 adults. Quick communication from the owner. Watch your step from the laundry into the kitchen. It took a few of us out. We had a lovely stay and were sad to leave. 」

「The porch is amazing!! A wonderful gathering place! If it’s cool enough for a bonfire, that area is wonderful as well. The cabin has all of the necessities for a comfortable stay. The Black River water access is outstanding!!! Bring your easy up and lawn chairs, because you will spend most of your days down there!!! The owner is very responsive if there is something you need. We love the cabin and will be back, I am sure.」

「overall we had a great stay. everything was as expected. Justin was great to communicate with. The mattress on the murphy pull out bed on the wall was pretty stained so we did not feel comfortable using it. We brought a blow up air mattress so that saved us. They did have a blow up mattress there but it wouldn't hold air. we would go back if we planed another float trip to the black river. 」

「We loved everything about our stay at Pickle and Perk - the cozy and inviting atmosphere both indoor and out, the thoughtful accommodations, delicious coffee and fresh farm-to-table style homemade breakfast downstairs, and of course, the wonderful hosts. Hands down, the best rental we have ever stayed in. Stephanie and Dave have done an amazing job with this place and have gone out of their way to make it a special and unforgettable experience. 「Secluded home on a spacious property in the incredibly scenic Arcadia valley. It was very clean and well kept. It is conveniently located within a 30 minute drive to both Elephant Rocks and Johnsons-Shut-Ins State parks. The host's instructions were clear and easy to follow. Our family of five were comfortable and we all had an excellent time! I'd consider booking it again if we're ever back in that area. 」

「Everything was perfect (except for the weather at check-in!). The location is wonderful, we loved the bathroom/showers and greenhouse where we could hang and eat and admire Benka's plants! (So many orchids!). Keith was an awesome host filling us in on everything - even the surrounding area. The walking paths are beautiful and serine. The additional 5 canine hosts were adorable and Mici I'm so sorry you didn't spend at least one night with us! I wish we would have been able to stay longer...

「The apt. was extremely clean and comfortable.The pillows were amazing and the view from the living room was so cool looking over the courtyard and very quiet street.The kitchen was well stocked with any appliance you could imagine to create a gourmet meal(cute pink fridge). 「My three old friends and I had a relaxing, peaceful weekend in this beautiful cabin in the woods. Only the sounds of nature accompanied us as we sat around the fire pit and reminisced. When we first arrived we found out from the owner they’d been made aware of the hot water heater not working as it should.
