DESCRIPTION
The apartment has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation, with family or friends: it has 3 very bright rooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds, one of them has access to a small terrace.
On the other hand, the dining room has a sofa and central table for 6 people and the bathroom has a shower and bidet (it has a hair dryer) it is equipped with everything you need for the day to day of your vacation
The location is unbeatable: it is located 300m from the center, surrounded by all kinds of establishments: supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, good and varied restaurants with different types of cuisine... and 300 meters from the train station.
The building where the apartment is located has an elevator.It is an ideal place to spend a few days with the family or have a romantic stay with your partner.
The apartment will be rented entirely for you and is not shared with other people.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REMINDERTimetable Information Service:CHECK-IN entrance from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.CHECK-OUT departure at 10:00 a.m.
In the case of making the entrance outside the office hours scheduled for the delivery of the keys to your holiday home, we offer you the following options:
1. Direct entry to the accommodation: A member of our team will deliver the keys directly to your accommodation (at the same time from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.). This option has an additional cost of €30.
2. After-hours check-in at the office: the additional cost depends on the arrival time.
3. SELF CHECK-IN: Arrival after hours and delivery of keys in mailboxes with code. The entire reservation will be paid in advance, as well as the deposit and the information of all the guests. Does not require additional cost
Deposit and Tourist Fees
DEPOSIT: Mandatory payment for each stay for the security of the property and the objects it contains.
* This will be returned unless the rules of the house have not been complied with, the house or apartment has been left in poor condition
TOURIST TAX: Fee of €1 / night per person
Included services:
- Linen and towel service included in the price.
- Courtesy pack
- Electricity, water and gas consumption included with responsible consumption.
- Heating service included from 01/01 to 03/15 and from 10/19 to 12/31.

- PETS: additional cost to your reservation of €6 per day (prior acceptance consultation)
* Pets are allowed, but they must be well behaved and cannot be left home alone under any circumstances.
- Extra consumption of 100kW, €0.25/kW.
HOUSE'S RULES
- RESPECT IS ASKED TO THE NEIGHBORS! Above all, from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., since it is totally forbidden to make noise.
- It is forbidden for someone who is not in the reservation to sleep or use the apartment
- PROHIBITED PARTIES
- In case of losing the keys: you will have to pay €50
- Prior to check-out, order and cleanliness must be maintained as far as possible: leaving the dishes washed, sheets and towels well placed, etc.
- Neither should candles or any other type of object that could cause a fire in the house be left.
- The towels that are provided are for the shower, they are not beach towels or for cleaning shoes..., so please do not use them for that. Each damaged towel will be charged from the deposit €5/small and €10/large.
CONDITIONS FOR LONG STAY:
For stays of more than 3 weeks consult prices (special offers).Keep in mind that we charge expenses separately (water, electricity, gas...).Each month we will provide you with the consumption invoices and you will have to pay them.The amount of the deposit will depend on the duration of the rental.
