Authentic Pinehurst experience

Place was great, full of Pinehurst charm. We were two Dads and two teenage boys that went down for a junior golf tournament, was perfect setup & location is excellent.

Golfing Trip to Pinehurst Mom and three of her sons!

We loved the property - it was quaint and yet spacious and it was so inviting - as if we were staying at a home that had many happy memories there! The hot tub was perfect and the pool - which we did not choose to heat - was a great cold plunge after rounds of golf! I would highly recommend it - it is within a short walk of the Pinehurst resort. The neighborhood was beautiful and we walked to town for dinner. Perfect! (Note there is a property with the same address in Southern Pines - that was confusing at first.)

Great house

Wonderful property in the middle of Pinehurst to go on a golf trip with your buddies. That's what me and my friends did. Plenty of room in the house for everyone.

Fun Weekend with Couples

We had a great stay and love the property. This was our second year in a row staying at the house. Wives loved the location for easy access to the Pinehurst Spa and the husbands loved the proximity to the golf courses played. We all loved the house!!

Nice property

Perfect property for a group of boys down for a pinehurst golf weekend. Clean, comfortable, nice pool. Hot tub didn’t work which would’ve been nice for us old guys.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The front door lock instructions were incorrect. Spent first night thinking the door was unlocked all night. Upstairs A/C took six hours to cool to 72 degrees. Otherwise, good stay.

Great Location, Amenities, Professionalism

My golf group (8 35+ year olds) stayed here Thursday -Sunday. The location of the property is less than 10 minutes to the Talamore courses and less than 5 to the Pinehurst Resort. There are 6 beds, so 2 of the guys were ok with bringing air mattresses down. Amenities were spot on. Pool was nice and cool, which may have been from all the rain we got prior to our trip. The hot tun was perfect for our older guys who wanted to loosen their backs out before playing. The back patio was great for conversation. Can’t say enough good things about the host. Very responsive and polite. I would 100% book this house again.

The driveway is kind of hard to see when driving down Midland, the bushes and trees in front also block visibility for turning out of the driveway and could be trimmed back.There were multiple bugs inside, seems like the house needs a pest control visit. We had to swat a few “palmetto” bugs in different spots in the house so it didn’t seem like just one spot was the issue. I wish the pool could have been heated. I called and left a voicemail but no one returned my call about it. The hot tub was nice but also needed a good cleaning. I had a few mildew spots on me when I got out. Just some basic TLC items to address before we would come back but overall the house was great!

This home is gorgeous and has all the amenities you will need. We had a great ladies weekend and enjoyed the large kitchen for cooking and had everything we needed. The heated pool and hot tub were a bonus! We enjoyed doing laps in the pool in the morning and enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fireplace in the evening. The beds were comfortable and we all slept great! Great location to go to Pinehurst Golfing and Spa and fun shopping. This is a hidden gem in Pinehurst!

This place was amazing! Spacious, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home.We visited in October, so it was a bit too chilly for the pool, but we brought our pickleball paddles and enjoyed a few family games instead. The beds were on the softer side, which I personally liked — and no one else had any complaints!One of the biggest highlights was the kitchen — hands down the most well-stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental. It had everything we needed and more. We especially loved the large dining table, which made it easy for all of us to enjoy meals together.The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful, which made our stay even smoother.We would highly recommend staying here and hope to have the chance to return soon!

mini golf vacation

It was a great location in the house was very comfortable. We would definitely and probably will rent it again. The only disappointment was that the hot tub did not work and they were not able to fix it while we were there.
