Perfect location!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here to celebrate my father's 80th birthday. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. Greatbsetting out back on Pinehurst #3 and within striking distance from all of the courses in the area. We'd definitely stay here again.

Quick Golf Trip

Great place for a quick two-night golf trip with a foursome. Rooms were good in size, plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Main living area was great for pre and post round discussions and hanging out. Overall fantastic experience.

Loblolly A Must

House layout is awesome with the adult bedroom wing at opposite end of house. Perfect for grandparents hosting adult children and grandkids. Great view to the golf course with a nice deck for relaxing. The housekeeping staff does a great job. Cleanliness 100%. Would book again.

Great Pinehurst Stay!

We had a great stay at Loblolly. Great location, house was extremely clean, tons of space for our group to spread out. The kitchen was gorgeous and well-equipped and we loved sitting out on the patio watching golfers come by. Highly recommend!

Birthday weekend

This was a wonderful home. Great lay out with everything provided for a weekend stay. Neighborhood was safe and very walkable and short drive to sights ! Great kitchen ,,very organized . Loved the screen porch and outdoor sitting with great view. I highly recommend

Perfect home for Pinehurst trip

Property was exactly as described. The location was 10 minutes or less from everything in Pinehurst we chose to do. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The home was updated and stocked appropriately. If we're lucky enough to come back we will definitely try to stay here again.

Lovely stay at classic cottage

We felt at home at this classic cottage, thanks for the stay! Very peaceful and first time we've stayed in a place that allowed us to make a real fire in the fireplace. What a joy!

Great location, very comfortable

Place is great. Location is wonderful. Close to golf and all the key shopping required to make the visit work well. Lots of stuff to do in the house too - cornhole, frisbee, putting games, etc. Had no problems and house is as advertised. Great base of operation for a pinehurst trip.

Great location at Pinehurst

This home is located in a lovely shaded neighborhood right on the golf course. The screened in porch was lovely during the evenings. The house was clean and easily accommodated our party of 5.

Perfect Mix of Golf and Relaxation

This is our second trip to this home. It's situated on a fairway of the Pinehurst #3 Course, so it's close to golf but far enough away to be extremely relaxing at night. Perfect area for walks at night, we met some great people who live in the neighborhood.

Cozy home with space for everyone & close to everything

The location of this home was perfect for exploring both Southern Pines and the Village of Pinehurst. This house is on a quiet street and backs up to the golf course so it was very peaceful at night. There is space to cook a meal together, enjoy some games in the family room, sit on the screened porch in the mornings & evenings, and retreat to the huge bedrooms in the evening. We're planning to stay here for our next visit to Pinehurst. We felt right at home :)

Golf Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd year in a row we've stayed here in June and it feels like home. Great location, quiet, great neighbors. It's an older home but it's very well equipped with everything you need. We'll definitely be back again!

As described. Great location and quiet area! Better than usual dinnerware and glassware. Nice bar setup. Nice yard. Beds very comfortable. Cleaners could do a little better w kitchen esp cooktop and oven. Pet friendly w few not unexpected pet stains but had been cleaned.

October 2021 Stay

Due to an unforeseen maintenance issue the management moved us to a different property on a Sunday morning. This company's response early in the morning was perfect. They get customer service right. Both properties were in pristine shape. The issue was beyond their immediate control. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back.

September 2020 Stay

The property itself is nice. The furniture is universally old but in such good shape that it’s charming. All the important things like towels and bedding is new and nice. The location is wonderful. Neighborhood is quiet and very friendly and it’s an easy drive to all the amenities nearby. The experience with the management company was less than impressive, however. There is this nice app for all the information and to submit maintenance issues. We submitted a concern on Tuesday morning that the door of the oven was coming apart, after a whole day of no response, I called and left a message. Wednesday morning a person called and I explained the situation. Then no info all day until a text Wednesday evening that they couldn’t get anyone out. I sent a picture of the oven door completely apart now and sticking out into the kitchen. An additional 24 hrs has now passed with no communication or repair. In summary, house is great, management company not great.

The location was great and the house was as described, but the living room and enclosed porch furniture is extremely uncomfortable. It's the last thing you want to sit on after a day of golf or to watch TV. When the shower handle fell off in a guest's hand and couldnt be reattached, we were told by the management company that they couldn't get a plumber out for five days and they offered no solution. So we had to use a pliers we borrowed from friends to turn the shower on and gently push it off. This condition was in effect for all 21 days of the rental and had we hosted 10 people as advertised, everyone would have had to use one shower in the master bath if we hadn't figured out a way to turn the shower on in the guest bathroom. I have requested an adjustment to the daily rate for this inconvenience, but to date have not received a reply or a refund. I would not recommend renting this property based on the furniture condition and the inattention and unwillingness to do the right thing from the management company.
