“This venue was great for 25 of us ranging from kids to teen-agers to adults of all ages. A few things need attention. The Keurig didn’t work well and the movie theater projector had problems. With more attention to details like this, I’d rate the place higher. The pool was nice and big, as was the outdoor hot tub. We didn’t use the indoor one but it looked spacious. The property is very accommodating for young children and family pets. You can kayak on a river in the back but it is not too long……

“We arrived and saw feces in the pool. We asked for that to be cleaned immediately. The people who in charge of cleaning the pool argued that it was organic material and sent me a video of the pool. The video did not show images of the entire pool and conveniently stopped short at the midpoint, so the feces were not visible from the video. Cleaning the pool took 2 days. Our group was disappointed and went to the beach for those two days instead, which ended up costing a fair amount of money……
