Unless one is a small child, one has to sit with one's knees hitting the holder, or at an angle. Whoever installed it either did it on purpose to mess with you, or was a completely incompetent worker. Fixing it takes 10 minutes. Also I noticed the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling at the corners above the door."
