Room had garbage in it when we arrived. Could not get hot water in shower. Then the pool was treated with chemical with no sign on door. So my family ended up getting into pool and hot tub not knowing.

I purposely paid more and booked this hotel because Jamestown always has a reputation of dirty hotels and we've always had the best luck at the Fairfield. Unfortunately, it was filthy and nothing was clean besides a quick wipe in the bathroom and clean bedding. I felt uncomfortable the whole weekend ...
