「Was looking for a place my husband and son could stay while going to a UFL game at Protective Stadium. This was nice, quiet, had free parking, and they easily walked to the stadium. Owner was really good with detailed directions, checked on them to see if they needed anything. Lots of places around here are much more expensive AND charge for parking to boot! This was a cost effective way for them to travel to a game.」

「The house is comfortable, and it is as stated in the listing. I didn’t read that one bedroom doesn’t have a door between the other bedroom and the door to it from the other room has a big window with no curtain, but it is in the listing so beware. The beds are amazingly comfortable and we slept very well. Thank you for a nice stay!」

「Despite the misinformation on the VRBO website regarding the availability of 3 beds vs 2, our stay was good. The facility is very clean, well appointed and easy to locate within proximity to the Conference area. The host was very quick to remedy the situation and all was well. An earlier property booked had been double booked and this was the fast alternative property available.」

「Property exactly as listed. Easy to find and enter. Immaculately clean inside—decor, furnishings, and amenities all very simple—which made for a simply wonderful stay. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and restful weekend stay. Paint looked relatively new as did the window treatments. Beds were comfortable; appliances, alarm system, HVAC system all very easy to operate. Property contact responded immediately when a small issue arose and had the problem rectified in less than 15...

「We came in for BSC graduation and wanted to be close to campus. Location was perfect. Right of I65 and close to our regular restaurants and bars we like to visit while in Birmingham. The house was updated for an older neighborhood as shown in the pictures and was much bigger than the outside street picture. There are 2 Den areas with TV’s so a lot of room. As I read in the reviews, the house is on a busy street and a narrow drive that opens up in the back for multiple cars, but very manageable....
