CASA MELIORE - TREVISO AREA
Located in the Veneto area in Italy, close to village of Levada, Casa Meliore is an apartment in a splendid Palladian villa built in the 16th century, featuring a private garden with pool for the guests. The apartment is situated in one wing of the villa, which has always been a private home and is now lived in by the owners. Levada is within walking distance where you can find basic shops and restaurants, and there is plenty to do in the area including a visit to the nearby art towns of Treviso, Padova and Vincenza, Venice and Padua or the boutiques and local artisan shops in the centre of Asolo.
Rates include a reservation service for restaurants, theatres, museums, etc., a kitchen garden where a variety of herbs can be picked daily and guided tours of the Villa.
Casa Meliore (400 sqm) is an independent apartment (in the left wing of the main villa) which develops over three levels. The apartment has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and sleeps 8 people.
The entrance is on the ground floor where you will find a marble staircase which lead to the first floor.
On the first floor (to the right of the landing) you will find a hallway that leads into the dining room (with table for 8) and a well-equipped modern kitchen (with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster). There is also a large living room (with sofa, chairs and chaise longue) which can be accessed from the dining room or the hallway. In the sleeping area (on the left side of the landing), you will find one double bedroom (with double bed, sofa, writing desk, wardrobe) with a private sitting room and ensuite bathroom (with bath and shower head, washing machine and dryer).
Wooden stairs lead up from the landing to the second floor where you will find doors leading to three bedrooms: The first door leads to a double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath with fixed shower head). The second door leads to a double bedroom (with double bed), and the third door leads to a sitting room (with sofa, writing desk, CD player) and a twin bedroom (with two single beds). The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom (with bath with fixed shower head) which is reached through the sitting room.
Outside, the apartment features a private garden (reserved for the guests) where you will find a swimming pool (9m x 6m; depth 1.6m, open 1 May – 1 October), a patio, wooden table, chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue/grill. A dressing room (with pool towels, extra chairs, and a small fridge) is accessible from the garden and other amenities are available including a soccer field and a fish pond, as well as a cycling route (60 km) which passes in front of the villa gate.
