It's OK.
They advertise breakfast... no, not really. They have a full bar and restaurant, open from 10:30 - 10:30, but "complimentary" breakfast is microwave 7-11 breakfast sandwiches. Not really what i was expecting. I had an afternoon flight, so they were able to offer me a late checkout for an additional $30. Room was clean, but lights in the bathroom didn't work. So, for the money, about what you would expect. They do have airport shuttle... Will see how well that works out!

Everyone in our group said there room smelled bad in one way or another. Mine smelt like a kennel. Staff was ok. Security guard was great.

Riding time
We stayed here to ride in the area. It was excellent for what we were doing. I would highly recommend anyone who is wanting to ride in the area to stay here. They have a guard that stays there overnight watching things.

You should warn people about the ATV community. This place promotes ATV riders and they were loud and running all night long! Just drove 13 hours and needed sleep, no way to sleep with the roaring motors running all night long. Will never stay here again

When we checked in we were basically told to go back outside and undress or we would have a $250 mud fee. First of all they are located in the area where people ride atv/utv's. What are they expecting? We weren't going to trash the place. Also, I reserved on Expedia. The other 2 couples we went with went straight in at 6:00am and paid and got their room. We were told we had to wait until 3:00pm. Same exact room. We were given trash bags to go outside in the freezing cold to put our clothes that were not even that dirty in a bag.Will NEVER stay here again. They also have to have full time security on-site because of people having trucks and atv's stolen. Not sure what he's securing.....playing on his phone sitting inside watching tv. We get to our room and there was black mold around the faucet on the bathtub, marks on the walls and a few other problems but want to be rude about a little dirt on our boots.

Place was good and clean. We stopped for the night on our way through. I didn’t get a good vibe about the surrounding area in the morning though.

Total dump! Keep driving !!!
Dirty and spiders/bugs in the room. Filthy room and walls. Way over-charged for what you pay. This is the only hotel in the area. Hair all over in the bathroom. This hotel was NOT in this condition 2 yrs ago!

Too bad pool was out of order ...
The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and in an easy to access area off the expressway... however upon arrival we were told the pool was out of order until tomorrow. We generally choose hotels with pools after a long drive so my daughter can let off some energy. When inquiring about the pool I was told it had rained heavily in the day so they had to add chemicals and thus it was down for 24 hours. I questioned why so long and the girl on staff said that is what her manager said to say. It sounded more to me like whomever was in charge of testing the chemicals didn’t feel like coming in to test them as my 10,000 gallon pool only needs 15 minutes after shock is added to be safe to swim. Overall nice enough place to stay for a night ... as long as it doesn’t rain too much before you arrive.

Facts of stay at Comfort Inn in Pioneer, Tenn.
Nice rooms, but check-in and check out a little disorganized. Manager had to be called to assist clerk with check in, manager was somewhat "cold". Then again at checkout, clerk could not produce a receipt for Pet charge, so she had to sign by hand that it was paid. She could not reach manager who was "off". Shower had some "mold" in one of the joints around tub.

Nice.
We were here for a quick stop to sleep...just 8 hours. Beds comfy, seemed clean..didn't inspect to deeply tho. Breakfast like most( waffles, dry eggs, bread , cereal ECT) should have 2 waffle makers. Never seen pool...front desk man nice but bit slow. He was also smoking right outside front entrance, they had a sign posted at front desk " smoke free property"..soo.

Travelling with dogs
We were travelling from Orlando to Ontario- 2 dogs with us. The facility is lovely- clean, quiet. Gas and restaurant very close by. The location was just off the highway-so, easy on, easy off-but no noise. The pet fee is $25US- higher than any other hotel we stayed at-that would be my only negative.
