“This is a place that could be really nice. It's location is great, but the logistics getting to and from the room are horrible. Since the only place to park is a garage and since they share the garage with multiple businesses, restaurants, etc. prepare yourself for the potential of a long walk around city sidewalks and construction to get back to the hotel. There is a "garage entrance" but that is only helpful if you can score a parking spot on the first level close to the door. We parked on……

“Our room and our friends room had a weird bathroom/sewage smell to it for the entirety of our stay. It seemed to be worse at evening time when we got back to our room from being gone all day.”

“Our room was like a mother-in-law suite...it would have been great if we were staying several days. The lobby is underwhelming, the walk through the hallway to our room was hot, but the room was a pleasant surprise and we had a great night's sleep.”

“The room was old and dark and needs to be updated and the beds were so uncomfortable!! It was a work trip so I stuck with it. However, I would not stay there again.”

“The room itself was very spacious but the bathroom was very outdated and not well maintained. The shower made a loud squealing sound which was kind of frustrating. The parking lot was full of old goose poop which we had to dodge at every step. I understand that it is natural for animals to do that, however it was clear that no one had bothered to power wash or clean the parking lot in a long time.”

“Breakfast was horrible. The attendant acted as though she didn't care one bit. The yogurt in the fridge was all well out of date. The cranberry juice was just water. The eggs are not real eggs and completely flavorless. Most food options were constantly empty. Garbage can overflowing, there were no napkins, there was no salt & pepper. The pancake machine was broken. The elevator was out of order. What kind of hotel has just ONE elevator? These issues covered all three nights of my stay, and it……

“Nice stay for an overnight trip. Would recommend!”

“I was kinda nervous based on the reviews, but I took a chance and I was pleasantly happy with our booking. The staff was very friendly, you could also request that your room be cleaned if the housekeepers were still there. The breakfast wasn’t spectacular, but I was thankful they at least had it. The pool was nice and it was clean, I know some of the reviews said it wasn’t so I was thankful that it was this time. Definitely will stay here again.”

“Hotel was much better than I anticipated for the price point. Everything was clean and all of the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel was very family friendly. The breakfast was delicious. My ONLY complaint is the automatic lights in the bathroom. They are blinding at 3am…”

“Every thing was hood and breakfast was consistently refilled for us late risers. I just noticed the usb piets to charge our phones didn’t work. So bring your own plug. Otherwise nice place friendly staff”
