"Fine except heater in room must a a bearing going bad, made a terrible noise some of the time."

"Ok for a one night stay but this hotel is in need of an update. There are not even headboards and the bottom of the box spring had pieces hanging down. The door kept sticking. I think the Safari Club and the outdoor hot tub that was still open in winter were the best parts of this hotel. I can tell that it was nice in it's prime, but it definitely "is not as good as it once was." "

"The host was ready to help when I needed something. I was a little discouraged when I first saw the outside of the place because it looked rundown compared to the pictures I saw but the inside was nice and exactly what it looked like in pictures. I had a little trouble with the internet at first because it was connected to the wrong one but she was very helpful and I was able to figure it out with her help "
