Right next to the leaning tower of Pisa with great views. Hosts were excellent and keen to help. It is a 15 to 20 mins walk to the shopping area in Pisa.

Amazing. Just amazing. It almost didn’t look real with the tower right outside your window. We kicked off a two week Italian vacation here and were not disappointed. We splurged on this room for our 13 year old son and we all loved it. We stayed in the “family room” which had a loft. It was great. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

We had the room that overlooked the leaning Tower of Pisa. Fall asleep and wake up look at it. 30 second walk to Tower of Pisa and Cathedral. Only negative I can say is the bed was not great. New mattresses and this place is a home run.

This property is right across the street from Cathedral Square.. with the Leaning tower, cathedral and baptistry. I’m not sure if all rooms have the same view, but we were on the second floor and our two windows looked right at the leaning tower. It was cool. Kids loved it. Ages 10 and 4. Staff was helpful with directions, transportation. We would stay here again, without a doubt. Super cool spot.

A fantastic property in a fantastic location. We loved the room and the balcony which was a little haven of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of Pisa. We had some frustrations around communicating our check-in time which slightly detracted from the positive experience.

Very close to Leaning Tower of Pisa. Nobody on reception when i arrived. Waited around 10 mins for someone to appear. Aafe in room didnt work as no batteries in battery compartment. Shower took about 5 mins to get hot. Sink very small and glass shelf awkwardly placed making it hard to wash your face. No coffee! Only tea. Suitcases not left in secure storage when we checked out. No obvious breakfast area. I'm sure I was supposed to get a duplex room but did not. Would not stay again

Lovely stay, location is perfect! Very close proximity to the tower. We had a gorgeous view out our window of the tower in all her glory! Hotel is on the doorstep of many restaurants and food options for both breakfast and dinner. Will return…thank you!

What an amazing view from the family room (4-sleeper), one of two with the view! The whole Tower of Pisa and square are visible, basically you’re looking onto the square. Lucca waited for us to arrive from the airport. Well-priced for what you get. Clean, nice big bed.

The entire staff and check-in was super easy to get to. I had the best time with my husband, and the staff was so friendly and helpful! And it was right in front of the Pisa tower! Definitely book this location

location, location, location is all I can say

Our stay was fine. The hotel was right there about 150 m from the tower of Pisa I don’t think we could’ve gotten any closer you opened up your window and wow, the tower is right there room was clean and appointed nicely. Although the shower took a few minutes to figure out.

Nice property and location

The property is very well located overlooking the Pisa Tower. This does make it noisy outside but that’s the price you pay. The accommodation was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The safe was broken. When we arrived with our luggage there was nobody there to check us in. Even though the Hotels.com email said check-in was 2pm, there was a separate instruction saying we had to contact the property 24 hours before to arrange a time. An email beforehand would have been very helpful.

It was literally next door to the cathedral/tower area. That’s a plus. BUT we were very discounted that our room did NOT have a view of the tower as advertised on the website. We booked “Deluxe Double Room w/ Courtyard View” so we’re thinking Pisa courtyard. No, the “courtyard was a greenhouse rooftop on their property. No view of the Pisa courtyard at all. When we were heading out to dinner, there was another guest checking in who was complaining of the same thing. We were told only families and 3+ people in a room get the Pisa courtyard view b

Hard to find the main entrance.

A bit hard to find the door for the entrance to the hotel but once you figure it out it’s good. Awesome view if you take the family room. Walkable to the tower in under a minute so you ca. get the photos when you want
