10-minute walk to downtown Pisa, private parking, Wi-Fi
Come spend your vacation surrounded by nature and the city! Come discover the magic of quiet summer nights when the lights of the neighborhoods across the Arno appear in the distance.
Our home is bright and welcoming, located in the green and quiet neighborhood of Piagge, just a stone’s throw from the promenade along the avenue that takes you to the city center in 10–12 minutes.
Close to the bus stop and the Cisanello shopping center.
The Cisanello Hospital, the CNR, and the airport are easily accessible without having to cross the city.
It is located on the fifth and top floor of a building renovated two years ago; the elevator is new.
The parking lot is our property and is reserved for our guests; it is located inside the courtyard, which is equipped with electric gates for which we will provide the remote control.
The home’s location offers views of the tree-lined avenue with its sunsets on one side, and in the distance, Mount Serra, which is sometimes tinged with pink.
We have chosen not to install air conditioning, but since the house is situated on two sides of the building, you can enjoy the breeze that sometimes blows through it; we’ll provide you with two nice fans anyway.
Free high-speed fiber Wi-Fi—you can connect by scanning the QR code with your phone.
The apartment consists of a living room with a French-style sofa bed, TV, table, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer, electric oven and microwave, coffee maker, toaster, gas burners. The living room has a window and a French door leading to the terrace, where you’ll find the washing machine on the right and a small mosaic table on the left—a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or an aperitif while admiring the sunsets over the boulevard. The bedroom has a double bed with a memory foam mattress; the dresser, wardrobe, and nightstand date from the early 1900s and once furnished a farmhouse in the Tuscan Maremma, a small desk in front of the window where, many years ago, I studied for my college exams while occasionally enjoying the splendor of the sunsets over Viale delle Piagge. The bathroom has a window, a bidet, sink, toilet, and shower. As you can see from the photos, it doesn’t have a shower stall, but you’ll find everything you need in the bathroom to quickly dry the floor
