"We stayed over a Lumberyard baseball tournament weekend. Beautiful views and this updated condo was perfect for our family with a great TV room, nice kitchen with breakfast bar, and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed being close to Hope Lake Lodge and eating at Carver’s steakhouse and picking up pizza to bring home at Greek Peak. Short drive to Gutchess Baseball fields and close to downtown Cortland. Will stay again!"

"The place was great. Four of my siblings, a nephew, and my father stayed for 2 nights to visit my terminally ill brother who lives in the area. The house is located near the center of town near restaurants. The spaciousness was helpful for private contemplation, yet the gathering rooms were great for getting together to share our experiences. The collection of items was a source of conversation in and of themselves."

"We truly enjoyed our weekend at The Pine Tree. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and convenient. It was well appointed and provided all we needed to feel at home while away from home. We loved that our host stocked the kitchen with basic spices as well as coffee and tea. It was a quick and easy drive to SUNY Cortland. We hope to return to the Pine Tree in the near future."

"The property is not waterfront, and I am not sure that it had access to the lake across the street, but the time of year kept that from being a problem. The area was pretty empty and quiet. The property had some work going on with some debris around. Inside had some work going on as well. No curtains would be a big problem had there been neighbors around, but since there weren't any, it worked out fine. The place hadn't been cleaned very well. There were dead flies on almost every windowsill....

"The place is awesome. I loved the view of the slopes! And the whole feel is a ski cabin. The living room area was great with ample comfy seats and seats for eating at table and at island. Loved the (gas) fireplace. The kitchen was so well stocked with basics - from oil and vinegar, to coffee filters, to aluminum foil. Note that the amazing proximity to the mountain means being 15 minutes from groceries and restaurants. The one big note is that there's a cool spiral staircase to an awesome loft...

On Main Street in Norwich village - Walgreens across street for incidentals. Overall a good solid no frills-ish but not depressing place to stay."

"From the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted with a friendly smile. The breakfast was outstanding, offering everything from cereal, eggs, pancakes, bagels, muffins, and waffles that you make your own with many choices of toppings. The lady working at the breakfast area, I believe her name was Kathleen, was very helpful and friendly, and helped with our needs with a smile. The pool was a perfect size and comfort level. The gym was clean with the right amount of equipment for our needs. "
