Our apartment is located on the second floor of a triplex building. To access the unit, guests must climb three flights of stairs. Please consider this when booking, especially for those with limited mobility.

✦ NOISE POLICY✦
Our apartment is located within a multi-unit building shared with other tenants. Please keep noise to a reasonable level, as sound can travel easily between units. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for all.

✦ HOUSE RULES✦
VRBO has a ZERO POLICY FOR PARTIES.
If a party is thrown, will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave without a refund.

1. All guests must be disclosed.
2. No parties or events allowed.
3. No Smoking or illegal substance inside house. Doing so will result in $1000 fee with extra cleaning fees.
4. Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am
5. Any damages caused to furniture/linens may be subject to charges for replacements.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

✦LATE CHECKINS/CHECKOUTS✦
Check-in is at 3pm, and check-out is at 11am. Late check-outs without approval are subject to $100/hour.

We do allow early check ins & late check outs for a maximum of 2 hours at $25/hour. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that it cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the departure time of previous guests and the cleaning schedule.

This unit is PET friendly. If you are highly allergic to pets, we recommend you booking a unit that is Pet free. 2 pets max. $40 per pet per stay. No pet on furniture. Pet should not be left unattended. Please pick up pet waste.

There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior only and it records. They are in place to ensure that our guests feel secure and that the property remains safe. Please note, there are no cameras inside the home to respect your privacy.
