Early check-in and late check-out are available on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability. It’s just $25 per hour, which helps us work with our cleaning team to get everything ready for you.

➤ No On-Site Parking: There is no parking available directly at the property. The closest parking garage is at the 200 Smithfield St Garage, located just a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
➤ No Pets allowed.
➤ Please note that while a Smart TV is provided, streaming services are not pre-signed. Guests are encouraged to utilize their own login credentials for access during their stay and ensure to log out upon checkout.
➤ Please note that our central downtown location means there may be occasional noise from outside.
➤ Quiet hours begin at 10pm - this is a quiet building and we must respect our neighbors
➤ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS!! We have a very strict policy in place due to local regulations on short term rentals. You will be asked to leave and potentially be required to pay damage or excess cleaning fees.


We have security cameras located outside the unit, in the hallway. There are no recording devices anywhere inside the apartment.
