Rooms were mangled and we got three for a family trip, spent 1963 for 2 nights…. The management won’t even reply to calls or emails with photo evidence of the disgusting state of the rooms elevator parts were falling off while riding it. I had to return that to the front desk cause it looked to be a hazard toilet paper dispenser in our room was work. The laundry closet pole was hung up with medical tape. There was an exposed mouse trap, hanging out behind a closet in the room. Just horrible experience no also no breakfast and fire alarms going off in the middle of the night and the cherry on top was they gave us towels with makeup stains on them as “clean towels “

The hotel has an access point from the parking lot, which was typically unlocked. When we arrived, using this access, a person entered the elevator smoking and nothing was done about it. The elevator smelled like a frat house during a party after that. The first room we had had a wonky desk, with a visible broken leg. No stand for luggage was provided and the pillows smelled. They ask you to request housekeeping before 11 AM but they didn't provide the service when we did. The second room lacked a toilet paper holder or stand and a hair dryer. Both Expedia and the hotel kept blaming each other but we just heard excuses and had no solutions. If you appreciate the piles of dirty towels on the floor in the corridors, this is your place!

We arrived by the entrance on the parking lot side, which was unlocked most of the time, even at night, and allows anyone to enter to the second floor without any control. When we arrived a smoker entered before us, using the elevator while still smoking, so the elevator smelled like a frat party afterwards. Nothing was done about it when we checked in. It feels like the place is understaffed. The first room we had had a wonky desk with a broken leg. No luggage stand was provided in this suite.The pillows smelled. When we moved to the second room, the toilet was a wobbly adventure. There was no toilet paper holder, just a patch on the wall were it was supposed to be. No hair dryer in this one. The bedsheets were stained. If you like piles of dirty towels on the floor in the hallway, this is the place for you! When we mentioned these problems, neither Expedia nor the hotel gave us any solution.

I came from Niagara Canada 4.5 hours away and my shower was unable to drain water and me and my buddy both couldn’t shower before a 4.5 hour drive and a night out at the hockey game. My sister and I stayed here for the night for a concert and it was such a relief knowing we were ending the night coming back to a clean, inviting room! Made me feel comfortable and would choose again. The amenities of the pool and fitness center are great and the breakfast options are great as well. Only downside we experienced was the water in the shower was not super hot. Otherwise, a great stay!
