And all my years of travelling this by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The general manager was unbelievably unprofessional. Other patrons that were staying there long-term were drunk and belligerent in the hotel lobby, and it was obvious they were good friends with the general manager. We received threats from both the patrons and the GM to the point that we had to leave after a long day of travel and minding our own business. Absolutely unreal

It was a nice hotel it was clean and the staff was really nice. The breakfast was what you would expect a hotel breakfast to be. The pool and hot tub were really nice as well. We would definitely stay again.

Good stay. Two small complaints. The hot tub had dirt floaties which we could remove with the skimmer net and the toilet was the old fashioned low to the ground type that kept running. I would suggest upgrading toilets to comfort height ones with soft close seats. Breakfast was very good.

The hot tub and the pool which is why we booked looked nothing at all like the pictures the hot tub was green/brown at best the pool was a lighter shade but they both were very low on water the hot tub jets didn’t work. Our sink and shower had hair in it and the mid day front desk woman was cold and bothered at best. She was a bit rude about towels.The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful as well as the overnight woman.

The staff were all so kind and welcoming! The front desk clerks were very friendly, offered great recommendations of things to do. The breakfast attendants were great, kept things fresh and fully stocked. Only reason stay was not excellent was due to the fitness center (elliptical didn’t work)
