It was fine for my needs - a quick stay before an early morning flight, but the room was definitely "well used". It was clean, but there were holes in the comforter, the bathroom was very outdated, and it really just the bare bones for a room. Again - fine for just me and the quick stay, but not somewhere I would bring my kids with to stay.

Restaurants are close. Walmart and Starbucks are a 5 minute drive away. Central Grille was a great place to eat. Sheets and Moes is directly across the street. McDonald’s, Wendy’s and Popeyes is in walking distance on the same side of the street as the hotel. Applebees, Jersey Mikes, Mission BbQ, Ditkas Steakhouse and Dominoes pizza is in walking distance too! The average Uber to the strip, pnc ballpark was $35.00

The police kept riding through the parking lot. There was no outlet so their interest was definitely the hotel. There was a used condom behind the headboard. The ceiling leaked. It was filthy! Also, the occupants left much to be desired and made it obvious why police presence was required! I was charged for a deluxe room when the maintenance man that came to fix my toilet told me was a standard. There's no difference in the rooms in the pictures. It was late and I was exploited with the extra fee for a room I didn't receive

I like the proximity to the airport. I dont normally leave a review because i could careless sometimes. But i stayed here because there was going to be a snowstorm & i wanted to be closer to the airport with less hassle of commuting. First the staff at the front desk when i checked in was very helpful and accommodating. Thanks. When i checked in i notified someone that there was hair under the sheets. The person at the front said that cannot be true because he & someone else stripped the bed & made sure it was ok. Well i guess i must be blind or something. I really wasn't arguing, all i needed was a set of clean sheets to make the bed myself, thats all. Nothing major, i wasnt asking for A KIDNEY. But he said there was no linen here at the location. I have worked in housekeeping for 5 years. I know the ins and outs of housekeeping. You're telling me that not one sheet or extra washcloth was at the property. I spread the two towels from the bathroom on the bed and slept. Put a blouse on the pillow and lay my head. Then i called in the morning & asked for a late check out. The lady (a new person at the front desk) said she can give me 11:30. I went to the front so that she can see my face & be a little bit more lenient. I explained to her that i had a conference meeting starting at 11:30 until maybe 12:15ish She said no, she can only give me until 12 and if i stay pass that she will charge me. She had others coming in at 3 that need the room. Seriously. I didnt even argue

The building needs attention:
The tub drain was clogged and the room was not clean. We are grateful for the establishment allowing pets but much care is needed to this building.

Do yourself a favor and skip on this hotel. The room smelled like mold and cigarettes. The ac/heatin unit was so disgusting that we didn't even turn it on with fear of what would come out of the vent. The bed sheets were stained/dirty and even the walls were stained. We tried to cancelled our reservation once we say the room and try to book another hotel. There was no available hotel below 490USD a night because of the pittsburgh game so we were stuck there. Very unplaisante and definitely will be the last time booking a red roof hotel.

Very disappointing. We arrived a few hrs before check in and inquired about checking in early. The woman at the front desk, who was wildly inconvenienced as we distracted her from being on her cellphone, insisted a room wasn’t available yet despite the lot being mostly empty and that we also had to wait for house keeping to release a room. The housekeeper did a hell of a job preparing our room with multiple stains throughout our room. It’s the little touches that you really appreciate when traveling.
