Two things you should address immediately, 1. The coffee machine is not working 2. Bathrooms don't have working locks Otherwise, the property is in good shape, and everything else is fine.

Beautiful, Modern Rental in North Oakland

My family enjoyed our recent stay at this hip, modern rental. Full kitchen if needed and facilities were very comfortable. Nearby parking in lot was a big plus in the city. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and Pitt campus during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

This property was exactly what we needed for our one night stay in Pittsburgh. The architecture and style was cool and fun. The size of the rooms was great. The beds were so comfortable. One Night Stay on the way to the Solar Eclipse

Plenty of space for all seven of us. We utilized the sleeper sofa. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Despite being in the city, it was relatively quiet for sleeping. We would definitely stay again.

Great Pittsburgh Logt

Property was exactly as described and is a very cool loft in a great part of Pittsburgh - Oakland Neighborhood. Spent weekend visiting son at Carnegie Mellon University, which is a short 10 minute walk from the loft. Great restaurants within walking distance as well. Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

It was very clean and spacious. The only problem we had was with the televisions hard to find local channels and the internet kept going out.tv's in bedrooms we couldn't seem to get to work at all.

Great space that was clean and well maintained. We celebrated the holidays in this trendy, renovated loft. There was lots of space for the four of us with a modern feel and tasteful decor. The view of the city was beautiful! We had a wonderful communication with the property manager and check in was a breeze.

We were visiting our son at Pitt. Location is ideal. A short walk to campus with a Dunkin Donuts and many other stores near by. The gym is the building is an excellent amenity

Cool place!

We loved the space and the location to everything. My son especially loved the gym access. The only issue is that because it’s a loft and echoey space, you can hear the neighbors. The second night they had a party so it made it hard to sleep.

All of us enjoyed the great space, the urban industrial renovation and its convenience to Phipps Gardens, etc. Teenage boys especially liked the gym; the Manager, Jim, was knowledgeable and welcoming. We’ll be back!

Beautiful space and great location

This 2-bedroom apartment fit our family perfectly — plenty of space to sleep and hang out. We even did our laundry one day. The acoustics in the loft make it where you can hear others if they are loud. We had a group of parties near us, and the management was very responsive and helped out as best they could. There’s construction near the building so one end of the road was closed. It was no big deal and we never heard any of the construction. L

Great for a small group

We had 3 moms and 3, 10 yr old girls going to a concert. This was perfect for us with 6 people. I would recommend paying for parking. That made our stay much easier too.

Industrial Glam and fun with Fam

From the first moment we stepped foot in this modernly furnished and well appointed converted factory, we knew our Pittsburgh adventure was gonna be great. The location is walkable to museum and restaurants, plus centrally located in the city and has easy free parking! We loved the space and slept well despite some city noise. Check out the city view from the 4th floor windows, and enjoy the slick pad for a memorable getaway. We want to come back.

Nice loft but noisy!!

We visited Pittsburgh for our daughter’s graduation. The location was a short walk to UPMC and the loft was nicely updated. However, on both nights of our two night stay we were awakened by a LOUD party that continued on through the entire night, one floor below us. This completely interrupted our sleep and spoiled the entire stay. We made the rental team aware of this and received an apology but nothing else — no action taken. We won’t be back despite plans to revisit Pittsburgh many times in the future.

Off The Grid

Upscale diggs! Great accommodations but parking was a little tricky. Clean, spacious, great a/c! The beds were exceptional and the building was quiet. This place was not cheap for one couple but very affordable for 2. We each had our own private bathroom and private "suite" w/bedroom & bath. Nice kitchen with all that we needed for me to prepare a gourmet breakfast. Definitely would stay here again.
