This is a lovely, small brick house, divided into two adjoining one-bedroom units. We offer a min 6 night reservation for professionals, graduate students, individuals and couples. Each unit has been remodeled and is fully furnished. Off-street parking is available.

The space

Guest access
The entire first floor is private. It is separated from the lower level of the duplex with a locking doorknob. There is a slide bolt accessible from the lower level apartment.
