“The room we had was impressive. However, I was slightly disappointed upon arrival as the bedspread had red marks and stains and a few holes. The rest of the room was clean though. Ashraf was an excellent member of staff who went above and beyond. One staff member, Naimah, on our last day was quite abrupt and gave conflicting check-out information to the other staff. “The workers were amazing. Three workers stood out over the rest, but I only remember Fatals name. The room made you feel emersed in Moroccan culture. The staff was the nicest and most hospitable we've had in a very long time. The food was really good, and overall its located in a good location for the market and shopping. The food at the restaurant was delicious. I'd recommend this place to a friend, and we will be booking here when we go back to Morocco. Some points to note are that the pool……

“We had an amazing first trip to Marrakech thanks to Hassan and the staff at Darchica! The riad was an oasis of calm from the busy Medina and our room was spacious, relaxing and beautifully clean. The staff are always friendly and hospitable, the pool was perfect for an afternoon dip and the food was also fantastic! “We had a very pleasant stay at Riad Luciano. The riad is clean, well maintained, and conveniently located within walking distance of the Medina, making it a great base for exploring Marrakech. What truly makes this place special is the staff, especially Salah. He was incredibly patient, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations, directions, and anything we needed. The hospitality from the entire team really stood out and made our stay memorable. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars……
