“Staff stood out. As a women traveling solo I felt completely safe and every single individual I’ve come across was beyond sweet. I felt like I had two big brothers who were ensuring I had a comfortable safe stay - needless to say, there were a handful of times I needed help getting back to the Riad as my GPS was not routeing correctly and neither one ever hesitated to come get me. Highly recommend and will stay again when in Marrakech!”

“The room had everything you needed, the staff were very good at communicating through email, and the area was nice. The only issue was finding it at first. There is no sign for the hotel by name, but go to the address listed and go through the black corridor to the left of the currency exchange store and up the stairs through riding the elevator to the first store ”

The staff are always friendly and hospitable, the pool was perfect for an afternoon dip and the food was also fantastic! We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Morocco - thank you so much for our fabulous stay.”

“Beautiful quiet riad off the busy areas. Hosts and staff were lovely and very helpful, including meeting us where the taxi could drop us and walking us to the riad, and helping us carry luggage when we left (even if we didn't need it!). Location can be a bit hard to find without guide so accept the help on arrival. Also be aware in Marrakesh some walkways in the medina near the square are closed at night so know your routes. In the riad one feels constantly pampered. Tea and nibbles appeared……

“Loved our stay at road noire D'ivore. It was luxury but felt authentic right in the middle of everything. The rooms were ompeccable- we stayed at the zebra room with the private hot tub. The service was amazing and personal. The hammam we booked was fantastic as well- we should have done it more. Oh and the restaurant was fantastic!! Would absolutely stay again. ”

“The only establishment that charged for bottled water. Any other establishment we had in Morocco did not charge for bottled water when we asked. Usually we asked for 1 bottle of 1.5L/day per person. Establishment mentions it has free parking but it does not have it. When asked where to park, they suggested a 3rd party paid parking option”
