We stayed during renovations so there was less parking and some noise from the construction crews. When those are complete it will be a great place to stay. We will come back next time we go to the local race track!

Even though they were renovating, our room was clean, beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I loved the Dove soap but not the scent. Loved the microwave, Kerig, and mini fridge. Decorations for fall were very festive in the Lobby. Free breakfast was amazing. Great service and a wide variety. Something for everyone. Loved the front desk staff especially the lady on day shift 10/21/26. We will definitely stay again when in your area! Thank you.

The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and awesome! Officially this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The location is wonderful as a rest stop, is next to an In-n-Out, and very close to the American River and wonderful natural hiking spots in Auburn! Thanks, Holiday Inn staff for being so awesome :)

不滿：設施服務
I've stayed in this hotel several times when traveling to Auburn but this place is going downhill. First, I reserved and paid for a room with a king size bed but when I got there they told me they were renovating and gave me a room with two double/queen beds but did not refund me anything or compensate for the difference. Then the next morning we did the breakfast but the cook didn't make my wife or my omelete the way we asked and the other food tasted like it had been sitting there a very long time. There wasn't any eggs, the bacon was not cooked at all, looked like it just came out of the package, and the french toast was so hard my daughter couldn't eat it. Won't be staying there again.

The breakfast was outstanding. Great omelette. Ceramic plates and bowls no styrofoam dishes. The wait staff took our plates as we finished. The pool area was well furnished with towels, games and plenty of tables, chairs, and lounges. Max’s restaurant on site was wonderful, great food and excellent service. Our room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable.
