Beautiful LGI

Home was large and had plenty of room for our family of 5, including 3 teenagers. Having the golf cart was great for exploring and getting stuff back and forth to the beach. Downstairs there was plenty of games to keep the kids occupied if they weren't out fishing or beaching. Thank you!

Girls on Gasparilla

Family tides was just what the doctor ordered for our girls on Gasparilla trip. This was not our first time to the island, we have been many times over the last several years. This was, however, our first time to Family Tides. It was a beautiful home and Ryan was very responsive to text messages. Anything we needed he made sure we had and took care of immediately. Definitely recommend staying and enjoying Family Tides.

Well appointed and maintained

We had a great week at Family Tides. House was clean, well appointed and maintained. Everything we needed, it had. Ryan was a great host and good to work with. We had a golf cart issue (nobody's fault) and he remedied the situation very quickly for us. We've rented on LGI for over 15 years and we would definitively rent this home again.

Amazing Rental

Ryan was super responsive to all of our questions. We had to evacuate because a hurricane was heading towards the coast during our stay. He was totally understanding and refunded our missed days without being asked. The house has so many extra things that make staying on an island easier. Toys for the kids, chairs for the beach, golf cart for exploring the island. We found so many sharks teeth and shells during our stay, including 2 megalodon teeth. I would definitely return to this rental I. The future.
