Great vibe
Property has a great beach vibe and while it’s set back from the beach slightly compared to others around it that was a nice feature we grew to appreciate. Also enjoyed the backyard space when the wind made the beach uncomfortable. Would recommend and stay again.

Location delightful!
The proximity to the ocean is outstanding. There is plenty of room in the house, and the outside shower was appreciated. The inside shower has lots of water pressure and plenty of hot water. Lots of beach towels, too! There is wear in the kitchen and bathroom. The house comes with lots of rules. There were little bugs in both kitchen and bath, perhaps related to the location. We kept all our food in the fridge and microwave for protection.

Thank you very much for your review. The access to the Gulf is amazing. I am sorry about the bugs. Unfortunately, they love our climate. Good idea to keep your food in the fridge or microwave. We do have some basic rules we expect our guests to be mindful of. We hope you will be back !

Family end of summer vacay
This was our families first time to the island. It was amazing! We ended up renting a boat which was perfect for our guys who love to fish and perfect for when we needed to go back for groceries and necessities. We saw dolphins, stingray, and manatee. Absolutely amazing stay! Only down side was we wish others with pets would have kept them on leashes on the beach, cleaned up after them, and kept them from using the bathroom around other peoples properties and where we were sitting for the day on the beach. Thank you Judy at Tarpon Rentals for being so helpful and making our booking and stay so smooth and enjoyable! We will be back!!

Hidden little Gem
Amazing location. We’ve never been to the island, are we are definitely planning a return trip. House was cozy, and very accommodating. Great communication with the hosts and the rental company with our keys. As much as we travel, I have to say…all of your little touches make a difference. Down to the beach chairs and sunscreen, it’s special to guests 💜. If you plan to visit, just don’t forget your bug spray!!

Wonderful family vacation spot
We had an amazing time on LGI and Seas the Day was the perfect spot for our family. Can’t beat being steps from the beach! We swam & enjoyed the beach all morning, went out on our boat for the afternoon & enjoyed sunset at the house!

Amazing view and lots of shells
Spent 10 days enjoying the sites and sounds of LGI. We had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, living room was spacious and kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Just bring the groceries. Outside deck was the perfect place to watch the sunset. The golf cart was very nice to have !

Well deserved "mask at your own discretion "
We rented a boat. That gave us the freedom to come and go off the island as desired. Fantastic location. The two ladies Jude and I think shandra from the rental agency were so helpful. We now have memories to last forever.

Seas the day was very comfy. There is nothing better than being steps for the beach and seeing the water from the porch. It was nice to have a gulf cart to cruise around the island.

Great place to get away from it all!
Great property and Judy was super helpful and responsive. Property was very nice and as described. This is definitely a place to relax and unwind so don’t bring your laptop! Great location and price. Can’t wait to return next year!

Spectacular!
The most relaxing get-away we've ever taken. I cannot say enough good things about this property and Judy who took care of all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend staying here to escape from all of the stress life brings. We plan to make this trip an annual get-away! Also, if you have an elderly parent or someone with limited mobility, this is the place to stay because of the few steps into the house and close proximity to the beach.

We had an awesome time. The house is an older home but is not lacking. It was very clean. Plenty of seating for everyone. Golf cart made exploring the island easy. We would rent again. Tarpon Realty made check-in/check-out a breeze. There is a boat rental on the island-weeklyboatrental.com. We didn’t know about it and didn’t ask before we rented from another place which has higher prices. We love the island and will be back again!! Thank you!!
