"After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards.
I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

"The condo was a bit worn (couch, rug, bed) and pretty bare bones. Not a single hanger, no place to hang clothing, price tags still on decor, one wine glass. We messaged the host to get a few hangers - no response. Check in and out were easy."
