“Great, modern and clean Condo apt. Ernest was very friendly and easy to reach. His apt. was perfect for myself, my husband and our 22 year old daughter. Great area in the channel district that was close to all things we wanted to do.”

“**OWNER TOOK OUR MONEY THEN GHOSTED US!** I emailed owner five days prior to our stay for check in process, no response. On day of arrival, I called number and was told it was not the correct number. Ended up dealing with VRBO for several hours, who stated the unit was not available, ruined our day.”

“We stayed at “Seas the Day” for a week, while in the Tampa area house hunting. The community is super friendly and quiet. We have stayed on the “resort” side in the past and it was fun, this time we needed to be able to pick when we wanted to be on vacay and when we wanted to be real world. “Seas the Day” fit perfectly. The owners were on-site, so communication and help were only a text away, plus they made sure to make us feel a part of the community by inviting us to events. The condo is……

“This property was absolutely amazing. It was more than expected, the rooms were big and spacious, the neighborhood was clean and quiet, the pool area was clean and the kids enjoyed themselves. I will definitely recommend this property for a vacation!”

“Sleeps 8 adults (but best if 5 so 3 can have their own beds). Plenty of room and the pool and outdoor area was spacious and well kept. (We didn’t use it but still adorable). Loved all the appliances (kriton), working Alexa with free music, the TV’s and working AC!”
