「My experience at the Valada Hotel was very disappointing, mostly due to the poor service from the night desk staff. It started with discovering bed bugs in my first room. I was moved to another room immediately, but that second room had no network or Wi-Fi. When I reported it, the staff member said he would send someone, but no one ever came.
