「The place was great, we were there for a softball tournament up north of Denver. Only thing was that in one of the bed rooms there is no ceiling fan or AC. AC is only in the Master bedroom & living room, so that bedroom door had to be remained open just so some air can enter. Other than that the home was great, location was great. We enjoyed our stay.」

「Overall, this was a great place to stay. A few of the minor advertised amenities were missing (such as laundry soap for the in-unit washing machine), but this did not really affect me. I would recommend putting a coffee maker in the unit and making sure things such as napkins, paper towels and garbage bags were stocked. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「An older apartment that has been completely remodeled and beautifully furnished and decorated. Handy to downtown businesses and the lake, very nice neighborhood for shady walks. There is traffic noise during the day but it's quiet at night.」
