“ The inside of the apartment was dirty and full of dog hair. They had no way of recycling, the beds were itchy and full of dog hair. The sofa bed was nasty with dirt and dog hair. Having people above us was loud and pretty lame. Tons of earwigs and bugs. ”

“We loved this place! It was super clean and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was surprisingly bright for a basement, with lots of overhead lighting and plenty of lamps for the evening. The beds were comfortable and the jetted tub was amazing! The temperature was set at a comfortable level and there were fans and space heaters in each room, if needed. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“This VRBO deserves so much more than a 5. My wife and I stayed here to see our son at CSU and it was amazing. The room is so cozy, has a home like feel, completely stocked, and 10-15 minute drive to CSU. The hosts we very welcoming and available. We loved it. Absolutely loved it!”
