「Hot tub have to pay for and make a booking. Limitee availability, and it didnt work. Hotel was nice apart from wasnt prepared. Checkin took an age, she didnt know what to do. English level was low. Bath water was full of sand and whirpool was broken. Could be a noce hotel if they fixed everything first. Bed was comfy. Location on the outskirts, 20 min walk from main area . No parking available. 」

「Das ganze Hotel war sehr sauber, die Bedienungen/Rezeption freundlich, das Zimmer mit einer gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage war prima, ebenfalls das Bad und der Balkon, der Pool, da unbeheizt, war zu der Jahreszeit (März) zu kalt, hier wäre eine Heizung des Innenpools gut, die Lage zum Strand ist nicht weit, Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden, dass Dorf und der Strand im Ort sind traumhaft, die Möglichkeit zu Wanderungen sind gegeben, der Naturpark ist wunderschön. 「Die Unterkunft liegt schön ruhig, das Zimmer war bei Ankunft sauber geputzt, während des Aufenthaltes so lala. Es lag 2 Tage lang ein abgerissenes Stück des Putzlappens in der Dusche und der Deckel des Bidet staubte vor sich hin. Das Essen war ok, dürfte am Abend für das Geld aber etwas mehr sein. Geärgert hat uns dass wir vor der Buchung wegen des Balkones nicht aufgepasst hatten. Es war leider keiner, eher ein Erker mit einem halben Meter Wäscheseil. Sowas sollte nicht als Balkon...

「Our room had a lovely beach view. I paid for a superior room how the room needed upgraded. The public areas such as pools, bars, reception have all been upgraded and look great but the rooms need some tlc. The breakfast buffet was great selection and good quality. The only issue was the queues for drinks at the bar, not enough staff to accommodate the amount of people staying at hotel. We stayed here 3 weeks ago with less occupancy and there was more staff working in bar. I am sure this will...

「Fast polite check in, shown the room & the view fron the door which opens out to the beach, all looked good but then we realised there was no kettle which was stared on the Hotels.com web site, also no hot water was happy to wait until morning for a Shave & shower but still only cold water, so we left without washing properly, we still enjoyed our one night stay but would have been great with hot water & the kettle.」

「We booked this hotel planning to spend time around the pool as depicted. There was no pool as it is being rebuilt. There is no warning of this whatsoever in the hotel description. The staff at breakfast were not at all helpful when ordering or simply asking for basics like milk. Sorry but this isn’t a quality hotel. 」
