“Sat outside the apartment complex for 2 hrs with my luggage trying to get in. Owner gave me a faulty remote and then kept telling me to just “point it at the gate” (no kidding) to get it to open, after 2 hrs of this I left and had to book a hotel. Apartment is also being rented without the complexes knowledge, and as a result couldn’t access it through the office. Filed a claim w VRBO and hosts still refused a refund. ”

The apartment is true to the photos, although not nearly as well-lit as the photos indicate. It was supplied with most of what we needed for our short stay, lacking only laundry soap and a baking sheet. We found the bed and sofa comfortable, and the host provided lots of fluffy towels.
